Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Ocean Lakes Resort! INCLUDES Complimentary use of GOLF CART! The Mystical Mermaid is the perfect place to make your beach vacation memories!!

Outdoor Features:
Outdoor space Galore for Entertaining, Relaxation & Parking. Outdoor smart TV, Propane Grill. Just a few minute golf cart ride to the beach.

Indoor Features:
LINENS: We INCLUDE Linens & Bathroom/Kitchen Towels!!! Just bring your own Beach/Pool towels.
There is cable TV/spectrum app in every room, and a stocked kitchen for preparing meals, washer & dryer, a shower/bathtub combo in both bathrooms.
3 beds, sleeping 6 people, including infants (STRICT OCCUPANCY LIMIT)
Primary Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed with private en-suite full bathroom
Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen Bed
Community Amenities:
You will not get bored at Ocean Lakes!! 18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!
Rules/Requirements:
*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.
*PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
*Complimentary use of golf cart is for licensed drivers AGE 21+ ONLY. Ocean Lakes does rent carts for younger drivers.
*MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers of the golf cart must be 21 years of age, with a drivers license.

Very clean and beautiful home. They also had everything we needed for the beach such as chairs, wagon, etc. Very nice host and easy check-in process !

Great house and location

House was cute and just the right size for us, family of 6. Well equipped with everything we needed. Short golf cart ride to beach access. Easy access to main road.

Loved It!

House was nice and clean inside and out. Was very relaxing. We had plenty of room for 3 adults and a 2 year old. Kim was so helpful from start to finish! We will be booking again next year for sure!

Family vacay

Visited with my daughter, daughter in law & 4 grands….ages 3,4 & two 8 year olds. The property description was spot on & all communication was answered promptly. Great place!

Excellent, beautiful, better than described

If I could give this beautiful home, a 10 star review, I would, beautiful home really nice decorations, definitely detailed and much Planning and thought put into the decor. The golf cart was a big place coming with a home, very suitable with three teenage boys and their mother, slept Six very comfortably. Definitely would go back to this location again.

Perfect family beach home

Our stay at The Mystical Mermaid in Ocean Lakes was amazing. The house decor was beach vacation perfection. It was roomy and if I’m being honest, the most clean home we’ve rented in ages. Fully stocked kitchen and so many extras for guests to enjoy. It was the perfect location to all park amenities and it came with a golf cart. Kim was very quick responding to any questions or concerns. We will definitely be renting from one of Kim’s properties again.

My family had a great time during our stay at the Mystical Mermaid! The house was clean and beautifully decorated and the golf cart was a wonderful addition! Kim the hostess was very informative, responsive and organized. We will be back!

Amazing and relaxing

The deck was the best for our family. We tend to stay outside more than inside. Lota of seating. Beautiful beachy decor on the inside. Definitely would book again and again🏖️😊
