Our stay was excellent it was very comfortable quite and relaxing, we loved the location and all five of us including our little dog enjoyed the whole experience.

We love the fireplace. We love the fenced in backyard with the hot tub. It had everything a family needed to enjoy the evening.

Hot tub was perfect and had privacy curtains which was nice. Enclosed backyard making it very pet friendly, kitchen stocked with necessary supplies to do all the cooking, quiet location, good for large family. Plenty of towels and blankets. Pictures and description were accurate.

Awesome house. Right outside the city limits so we were able to enjoy the stillness of the woods but close enough to still enjoy what flagstaff had to offer. The house was clean, stocked, and the host was readily available for any questions. Definitely planning our next trip soon.

Everything about our stay was perfect, from the cozy interior to the amazing backyard. The hot tub was clean and easy to use, and we loved the addition of the privacy curtains. The wood burning fireplace was our favorite part of them home, aside from the decor. Our dogs loved hanging and sniffing around the yard. Super easy to get to and from town with the best views along the drive.

We loved staying here for our annual get together with our adult children. There was ample parking space for our four cars in the circular driveway as we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the bedroom temperature was warm enough with the space heaters. The house is equipped with a main heater and wood stove fireplace in the living room and electric space heaters in the bedrooms. We spent a lot of time cooking and baking in the kitchen. (There was one baking sheet in the kitchen but we had planned to bake Christmas cookies so we brought extras along with our stand mixer.) We didn’t have any issues with the WiFi and the house was pet friendly with a gate to keep our pet in the laundry room when needed. The only chores required at the end of our visit was to strip the beds we used and wash the dishes we used. Hopefully this house will be available if we visit Flagstaff in the future.

This place was super cozy and so easy to have three dogs stay with us where they had plenty of space inside and outside. It also had everything you needed for a little getaway. Ben was very responsive and made everything so easy.. definitely saving this property for our future trips to Flag!

House is cozy, clean, and perfect for a getaway from the summer heat.We really enjoyed it and it came with everything we needed. I would not hesitate to rent again!
