Since the tents are located in a natural meadow on a 5-acre property, spiders and insects are occasionally part of the outdoor environment, especially during the summer. That said, I agree that keeping the grass trimmed around the tents and ensuring each tent and the shared bathroom are thoroughly cleaned before every arrival are important. I’ve already taken steps to improve both. Thank you again for your feedback.
