It was our 4th time staying at Mainsail, but first time in this unit. I would honestly say this was our favorite. It wasn’t the largest unit we have stayed in, but it was very clean and the layout was very efficient and the view was Amazing!!! Thanks again for a wonderful time!

Condo was great. Easy access to elevator was nice. There was construction going on and no pickle ball courts. But room, pool, and beach access was great.

Stay was amazing. The only issue which is very minor is that the smoke detector needs to be replaced. Everything else was wonderful.

Bring toilet paper because you only get one roll per bathroom, bring pot holders, bring extra trash bags, and nonstick pans to cook on! Gym was closed entire time during our vacation! There was limited parking if taking more than one car. They had 4 nice beach chairs! The pool was nice! There was plenty of water hoses from the beach to our condo room to wash the sand off!

We would like to clarify that we do notify all guests prior to arrival about the Starter Kit provided, which includes paper products, soaps, and trash bags. We recommend bringing additional toilet paper, pot holders, extra trash bags, and nonstick pans for your convenience during your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the gym being closed during your visit and the limited parking availability. The community are making some improvements to many of the amenities to make the community even more enjoyable. We hope to welcome you back in the future for an even more enjoyable stay.

Overall, the inside of the condo and the distance to the beach was great. However, we were very unhappy with the amenities that we thought we would have access to and we did not. We chose this listing because of pickleball/tennis and that was no longer available. We also chose this listing because there was a gym onsite. I was not able to access the gym once during our stay and I was told it would be opening while we were there and it never did. There was a lot of construction going on which impacted parking. There were also issues with the elevators where they had to be closed. The inside of the condo was great and it was a close walk to the beach.

There was no pickleball on beach and construction going on in the parking lot. The washer and dryer did not work and noone fixed it. The screen was off in the master bedroom and noone fixed that either,so so disappointed, I have messages for a week requesting issues to be coorrected.

Right on the beach which was important to us. Great view from the balcony. We had a very relaxing and fun time. Enjoyed our stay very much!!!
