The house is located on a quaint alley in Ortigia, in the most prestigious part of the historic center, between Piazza Duomo and the Fonte Aretusa.
It consists of a small living room-kitchen with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms—one of which is a double bedroom on a loft accessed via a small spiral staircase—
and a bathroom with a dressing area, bidet, and shower. The main entrance is located in a small inner courtyard shared with two other neighbors, where you can have breakfast or simply sit down to relax for a moment. The house is nicely furnished and equipped with all the essentials. In the alley leading to the house, there is a small pub/bar that hosts live music on certain days of the week during the summer months.
Please note, however, that the house is equipped with high-quality windows featuring soundproof glass, which also ensure a quiet environment.
