The property was as described, large, nicely furnished and a beautiful view. It is on the third floor, but the stairwell is close to the parking lot so not a big deal. Beach access is excellent with umbrellas, tables, chairs, towels available. The host also has beach chairs and an umbrella if you want to visit some of the other beaches on the island. Snorkeling equipment is provided. Awesome sunsets you can watch from the beach or the condo balcony. There is new construction next door, but it is almost complete, we didn't hear anything and it does not block the view. Brendan was responsive to our inquiries. We highly recommend this unit and property

Very relaxing vacation - stress free - loved having chairs/umbrellas/towels - washer and dryer was nice - slept great - great view out to beach and sunsets - hotel construction was not a big deal for us - I suggest getting some groceries delivered and renting a car to go to other beaches or restaurants/shopping

Great location, steps from amazing snorkeling. The view from the balcony has changed since the photo was taken. Would return!

We arrived at the condo with the air conditioner not working they had someone that was there to fix air but left without fixing it went went to front desk the next morning and talked to them said she wasn’t aware of the AC situation and would get it fixed which they did late in the afternoon which was over 24hrs with it 83 DEGREES in room when I contacted the host they said they typically don’t compensate for not having any AC which is ridiculous I own multiple vacation rentals properties and when we have a issue such as this we refund nights stay without AC beach was amazing here but definitely would not ever rent from this host again 1 STAR rating

Blake, Wow, as someone who owns rental properties you would think you would be understanding that things break. Your recollection of the events is quite one-sided. You reported to me the AC wasn’t cooling properly and I immediately reported this to the onsite staff and an AC technician was dispatched within a couple of hours. The technician’s finding was an electrical switch needed to be replaced but it being a Caribbean island, the switch was not immediately available. It was sourced the next day and replaced. Things you omitted from your story was you did have AC in the master bedroom for a comfortable nights sleep and you were provided a refund that I processed via VRBO. I would never rent to you again. If you are looking for an updated one bedroom beachfront condo with a view, beach chairs, beach towels, onsite restaurant, snorkeling right off the beach, snorkeling gear, and a full two bathrooms, this is a great choice. The staff was friendly and quick to answer questions and address any concerns. The location is good with a beautiful beach and gorgeous water plus a couple of restaurants that you can walk to. We rented a car to have more dining options and see more of the island. Our excursion companies picked us up right on the beach in front of Coral Gardens. Communication with host was good. We had a breaker issue that affected the AC and that was resolved immediately. Construction next door didn’t affect our vacation at all, despite the noise at certain times of the day. Love that coffee and filters are provided. No major complaints and we would put this one on the list of places to stay if we visit TCI again. Sidenote: if you are a dog lover, an activity to consider is walking a rescue puppy for a couple of hours at Potcakes. So fun!

I really appreciate your feedback on the neighboring Andaz project as they are mostly working on interior projects with a random nail gun or grinder....for the most part, the worst of it is behind us as they plan to open in 2027. Clean unit, housekeeping every other day with fresh towels. Pool/Beach attendant always staffed with towels available. Beach access just steps beyond the pool with great snorkeling.Restaurant right next door with beach views. Security staffed at night.

The place was very nice and the staff was also very nice. It was convient to have a restaurant on site. We had everything we needed. I do wish that we were made aware of the construction going on next door. It was very noisy with banging, clanging, drilling, sawing and loud men starting very early in the morning. It made it very uncomfortable to sit on the balcony when multiple workers were everywhere staring down. I would have chosen something more private for the cost if I had known

Nice condo with great views. I love the location of Coral Gardens. It is beachfront and located on the bight reef. I have stayed at coral gardens in two different units. I loved this third floor unit in particular for the AMAZING ocean view! The condo is very clean and spacious. It had a small igloo ice chest, two chairs, an umbrella, snorkel and fins available to use. That came in very handy for our afternoon at Taylor Bay! Coral gardens also provides umbrellas, chairs, and towels for guest on the beach. Somewhere cafe is basically on property and is a great lunch spot while hanging out at the beach! There is construction going on next door, but it can not be heard from the beach or inside the condo. Could hear a little noise off and on in the morning if I was sitting outside. I do think the construction is almost finished and it seems to mostly be finish out on the inside of units.

I don’t usually comment and I rarely have any negative comments but this past week was both enjoyable and very frustrating. Let’s start with the condo. At first glance, very nice, mostly clean and great view for an older condo complex. Then you start to get settled in and you realize that this condo really needs to be thoroughly cleaned and organized. Please replace the pots, pans and silverware. The couple knives that are there are dull and have literally have the tips broken off. There are 3 coffee cups….nothing to cook with in the cabinets besides almost empty salt and pepper shakers. BUT if we get past all the janky things in the condo, let’s talk about the construction at the high rise next to the condo and the jack hammers (literally) starting promptly at 7:15 am (7 days a week) you cannot enjoy the patio until the evening when it is dark. So I know that places can vary and most of the time a rental has good and bad, but for paying more the 5500 for the week, we were left feeling disappointed. I wish I could be more positive. After the construction is done next door and the condo is given a little TLC I think it would be a lovely place to stay.
