Great place to stay! Close enough to the action to walk in 5 minutes and far enough away that you don’t get the noise and traffic. Place was clean & very nice. Host was very prompt on all communications and every question that we had. Perfect for our family of 4 with 2 kids.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Loved the midtown location and proximity to transit. Quiet apartment with comfortable beds and full kitchen/living room. Would highly recommend!

Beds were comfy, rooms were tight. Bathroom is tiny, with toilet, sink, and shower within an arms length away. I get it, it’s NYC. Def a place for single travelers or 2 people, and not for a girls trip or 2 couple trip. Area is close to subways, restaurants, etc. In house washer/dryer a plus. But I wouldn’t stay there again.

My wife and I like to take the kids to NYC once a year and stay in a new place each year. This was our first time staying in Hell's Kitchen and this apartment is in a great location. It's just a few blocks from the theater district , Time's square, Columbus circle and the bottom of central park. The apartment itself has been upgraded with a newer kitchen and a small living room. There are two bedrooms with Queen sized beds and there are televisions hanging on the wall in the living room and both bedrooms. There is one bathroom in the apartment and it's pretty small, but if you've ever lived in NYC, this is fairly standard for apartments there. We had a great stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking visit the city.

Absolutely spectacular. Very clean, great price, roomy, and within walking distance to most attractions! 15 minutes walking distance from Times Square, Richard Roger’s Theater, Blue Box Cafe/T&Co. I would stay here again and can’t say enough wonderful things about this apartment! My husband and I took our 16 year old triplets to NY for their spring break, we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Thanks so much!

Great location and well equipped apartment . Security of the entrance was good , felt a safe neighbourhood and close to theatre district .Would have liked the location entry instructions a little earlier but managed to make it work as we were arriving late it’s always a concern when you go somewhere new . Would recommend

The accommodations were perfect:The host walked me through the easy process of checking in during one of the snowiest days for NYC.The Apt was very clean and nice with all the necessities we needed and more.It was very comfortable and my group of four easily managed the one bathroom shower, although it was a little tight.The location is excellent.NYC is a walking town which my group loves. We had no problem with traveling up the stairs to the fourth floor to enjoy our accommodations.I highly recommend the place.

There were electrical difficulties. The air conditioner in the front bedroom needs repair, the batteries were replaced in the control, but it still would not turn on. The ceiling fan in the main room does not turn on ands light was hanging out of the ceiling. The drier takes a long time and we had only a few light weight items. I’m fearful a fire could start, as the dryer itself seemed to be overheating. No washclothsNo hand towelNo hair dryerThe host tried desperately to help us with the air conditioner and fan…to no avail. They even sent chocolate with the batteries

1. Problems with keys, We have to wait more than an hour. There were people smoking cannabis in the entrance(they were there every Day). 2. The lock on the door should be replaced. 3.Nespresso coffee machine but no place to buy the pods. 4.No can opener, no dish towels, no washcloths. 5. The sofa and the stoods at the counter are very inconfortable even for a short stay. Host was very sorry for the problem with the keys but since the problem was caused by the cleaning staff, we would appreciate to have our cleaning fees refunded.

We had a great time at this property. It was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed — a coffee maker (with coffee), washer/dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a fully stocked kitchen. It truly felt like a home away from home.The location was great — just a few easy blocks to the Theatre District and Times Square, which made getting around and enjoying the city incredibly convenient. But at the same time, away from the noisy "hustle and bustle", which was appreciated.Blair, Chrissy, and their team went above and beyond to ensure we felt safe (we arrived very late our first night) and had everything we needed for our stay. They communicate via a group text, which was a little unconventional (at least in my experience), but it actually made it very easy to get quick responses and assistance whenever we needed it. The self-check-in video was very helpful.Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place in the heart of the city.

Il quartiere perfetto per visitare tutte le maggiori attrazioni di NY. La casa va bene al massimo per 4 persone. È una casa molto buia perché c’è solo una finestra che dà sull’esterno. Il bagno è molto piccolo. L’host è stato molto gentile e quando abbiamo avuto bisogno è stato subito disponibile

Tivemos uma ótima estadia neste apartamento. Em destaque posso dizer que foi a agilidade do anfitrião na resolução de questões. O check in foi bem fácil e gostamos muito da localização com pequenos ótimos restaurantes frequentado por locais. Voltaria a ficar neste apartamento. Recomendo!
