The Beach Bungalow property is wonderful - easily one of the nicest VRBO rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The decor is lovely, the smart TVs are great, the AC works very well, the place was spotless, the hostess was lovely to communicate with, and we look forward to a return visit! Thank you!!!!

This place is beautiful. Great space. Really clean. As good or better than the pictures. It is off the beach by one road. It is a quick couple of minutes walk to Salisbury beach. It is also next to the shops in the beach area. The property is part of three unit complex on the first floor.

The place was clean and beautiful. Host was very responsive and clear of the check in process. We had a couple questions after check in and they were very prompt to response. The kitchen was fully functional with all necessities needed to prepare a meal. Beds were soft and comfortable. Towels and bathrooms were clean. They even had laundry detergents. I would definitely recommend for a beach stay. The place is 10 mins walk from main beach shops.

Really beautiful condo. Everything was brand new remodeled, bright and open. Was a pleasure to stay there. Walking distance to the beach and even when the weather didn't cooperate, we had a nice time indoors.

We had a fantastic time at The Cut in Salisbury. The place was very clean, inviting, and comfortable. Erin was a very communicative host and a pleasure to interact with. Everything about the place was easy to access, there were clear signs with wifi info etc.. Best of all, I loved not having to supply our own linens! It was so nice to have towels, beach towels, and sheets provided. With several small kids, it was the perfect walking distance to the beach--about 4 minutes. The beach itself was great for sitting, sunbathing, and swimming. The house provided a beach umbrella, chairs, and beach towels which was awesome!

Off street parking, 1 min walk from the beach, grill had a full tank of propane, and the condo was clean and gorgeous. Can't wait to come back.

Erin is a great host! She is easy to communicate with and the house was just what we needed! Gramma and Gramps hosted two couples with three toddlers. Everyone was comfortable. The house had everything we needed for a great time. The beach chairs were so helpful. The house is an easy walk to the beach and the attraction area. We loved the carousel! This was our first time at Salisbury Beach and we will be back, and staying at this house again!!

The property was immaculate. It was very modern and welcoming The owner provided towels, coffee, and other amenities. I would definitely book this property again, but for a longer period of time.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed just being in the space when we weren't out doing things. The host was amazing--very attentive, responsive and helpful with any needs we had. We loved it!

My family really appreciated our one-night stay at this beach house. It was very clean, and they had beach supplies (towels and folding chairs). The one flaw was that one of the planks on the bunk bed was a bit loose, so my son didn't feel comfortable sleeping on the top bunk. But there were plenty of places to sleep for our family of 5. We especially loved the proximity to the beach (only 3 blocks away), although the restaurants in that area were pretty expensive (probably typical for a beach town). We'd definitely go back!

Loved this unit in a 3 unit house! Beautiful inside! Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom was very nice! Bonus sunroom off of the master bedroom was a nice respite from the main living room and kitchen. Walkable to boardwalk and other shops. Salisbury Beach State Reservation is also easy to walk to if you want a little exercise. There is a beach there but we didn’t have time to go to it. Will definitely stay again!
