4 Bedroom Oceanfront Cottage On Beautiful North Salisbury Beach!

Spend a week or more right on the quiet North Beach, but a short walk to Salisbury Beach center for concerts, restaurants, arcades and more.

This beautiful beach unit includes 4-bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, 1-bath, 1-garage space plus one tandem off-street parking space. There is additional off-street parking across the street. Streaming TV and WiFi are included. This unit is attached to unit#1 in a duplex home.

Available for weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) and week/weekend rentals in the spring and fall.

Super bien situé!

Vraiment génial, week-end entre amis avec des enfants de tous âges. Assez grand pour nous accueillir confortablement. N’oubliez pas vos serviettes de douche et de plage, il n’y en a pas de fourni! Le proprio habite à côté, alors s’il y a un problème, il peut rapidement répondre au besoin.

The most amazing week!

Never before have I had the pleasure of having the beach be my back yard and it is not an experience that we will ever forget. Although one bathroom for 7 people was a bit tight the property was otherwise perfect and the owners super helpful and responsive if we needed anything at all. Tandem parking was a bit tricky for our two large vehicles we we elected to park on the street which we imigine would be somewhat more tricky during the peak season. The beach is meticulously groomed and the water extremely clear. The downtown has something for all ages and is just a short and very pleasant walk down the beach. We will be back!

Great place

Our stay at this property was amazing. The house had wonderful views and all the amenities necessary for our stay. Everything was nice and clean. The outdoor area is a hit and also the beach that is approximately 100 feet from the deck. We had an amazing time at this rental. Host was very helpful and very pleasant. Would definitely rent again. Thank you

Location is awesome! Everything was great and worked out wonderfully for our family mini vacation. Would definitely recommend this property and would definitely return. Dawn was very nice to work with.

Week get away

Dawn was very nice and was there when we arrived. Her place is right on the beach which was nice. I highly recommend her place for a beach getaway

Cozy cottage on the beach

My family, 3 children ages 6 and under and our dog stayed for 5 nights. The location was awesome and convenient being only a few steps from the ocean. We had everything we could need and Dawn was just a text away if we needed anything. It is only 1 mile from the New Hampshire line so while the weather was cooler we were able to take a drive up the coast to Maine and sight see. We definitely recommend staying here.

The best!!!

An ocean front rental very very nice! My 90-year-old mother love that she could sit on the porch and view the ocean and the walk to the ocean was not too far for her. You could watch the children from the porch while they were playing on the beach. We all had a great time. Thank you Dawn!

Beautiful location

Just what we were looking for. Dawn was very friendly and we had everything we needed. The beach was wonderful and with the large amount of people we had, the cottage worked well. We would love to go back again next year.

Our vacation was wonderful! The location is perfect for whatever you would like to do.

The property was exactly as described. Dawn was available but not intrusive. My son, described as the fish whisper, caught a large striper on the beach!! We all enjoyed our stay and would love to be there again. Sheila

Magnificent!!!

Amazing Weekend

Such a great spot! We spent both mornings watching humpback whales breaching just yards off the shore line. We were a large group of guys getting together and this was a perfect spot. We spent our mornings on the beach playing beach tennis and our nights around the fire pit. Our host Dawn was helpful with everything we needed. She gave us great advice on the local spots. Everything we could have needed or forgot was on site, which was a huge relief. I'd book again in a heartbeat. Katrina's Cottage is a little slice of heaven.

Perfect location

Exactly as it seemed. Step off the deck and you’re on the beach. Immaculate views of the Atlantic from the main floor. No dunes to ruin your view. Dawn was great and very hospitible. Everybody in my group was asking how to book again!

Exactly what we needed!

Dawn's home was as it is represented and more. The ocean was steps away, there was a grill for cooking and a fire pit for evening. Things to do were within walking distance and Dawn was available in case of issues or just to say hi! She was a terrific hostess! We would definitely return to this home!
