Started rough then was great and then ended rough

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked the villas at Seascape and when we got there the Villa we were supposed to stay in was dirty and had dead insects on the floor and under the beds. I immediately called Seascape and they were very accommodating and put us in aerial dunes 2 in a beautiful three bedroom condo on the 19th floor. We had a great three days there but the day before we were supposed to check out the AC went out and we had to cut our trip short because they did not know when they could get it fixed. Even though we had a rough couple of days Ariel dunes is super nice so I’ll just chalk this up as an unusual experience.

Great condo but needed maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We paid for early checkin at 1:00. We sat in the truck for going on 2 hours before we finally got in. They did refund our 100.00 but after waking up at 3:00 am we wanted to get in.The refrigerator water filter was expired.The ceiling fan in the living room was missing 3 of 4 lights.The coffee maker was missing its water filter entirely.The screen doors have holes so when we opened for air several wasps came in.The air filter in the master bath was literally dropping dust before we wiped it down.This is a fantastic condo and I would rent again but it would be nice if the maintenance folks really looked at their job.
