Centrally located in Moab by Arches and Canyonland. Hot tub was a plus! Stores and restaurants were close by.

It was so refreshing after a long day of traveling and hiking to know we got to come back to this immaculate, beautiful, modern, and comfortable townhome! We especially loved the couches on the back patio and laying down to watch the dark night sky each night! The beds were super comfortable! So many extras to make our stay convenient! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here while exploring the national parks. Grocery store and lots of restaurants nearby in town. Lots of little extras that made life easier - beach towels, large blender (we made shakes!), lots of fans, shampoo/cond, salt/pepper/spices, ice maker/cooler. Loved the art work. Comfy beds and couches and big kitchen table for games. We enjoyed our time at the pool - but beware of the bats who like to dive for bugs in the pool in the evening! lol. Would stay again!

Very clean and well stocked 2BR/2BA unit. Well located to visit Arches and Canyonlands NP. Really appreciated the white noise machines and well supplied kitchen.

Great place to stay. The place was clean and had everything you would need. It is right next to the highway and the semi trucks are loud. I did appreciate them having a sound machine in the bedroom and that did help with the noise of the traffic at night.

Great little place for two couples to hike Moab. Exactly as advertised. Everything was very clean. Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable living area, great beds, great washer and dryer which are so important on hiking trip. Perfect location to hike all of the parks and still get into town for groceries or dinner. Great TV in living room to watch football. Lots of towels, extra pillows and blankets. Cute back patio. The management company communicated well before check in and their phone numbers were clearly available on the info sheet. Check out list was short and simple. Would absolutely rent again.

Nice Vacation Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice place to stay. It was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had almost every appliance, and there were plenty of towels, washcloths, and extra blankets and pillows. It was indeed noisy being right on the highway, so the sound machines and ear plugs were appreciated! There was plenty of room for a family of four to spread out and relax. It is convenient to Arches NP (about 20 minutes), Canyonlands NP (about 45 minutes), Potash Road (about 45 minutes to the far end), Capitol Reef NP (2.5 hours) and Moab. Nicole, the property manager, was very quick to respond to a small issue with one of the appliances. She was very friendly and remedied the problem quickly. There is not a Keurig, despite the description saying there is one, but it wasn't a problem. We just emptied our K Cups into the filter of the regular coffee pot. There are nice views from every window/door of the house. We would highly recommend checking out the dark sky and stars from the back patio! Overall, this is a very nice place for a family with young children to stay and use as a base camp for national park adventures. We would recommend it and we hope to stay again!

The accommodation facilities were excellent and we could not fault them. However the noise from the very nearby Highway was extremely loud more or less 24/7 especially in the bedrooms. Obviously there must have been many complaints about this with previous customers for there was some kind of noise box in the bedrooms. If this was supposed to quell the road noise it had little effect. Because of this, we had very little sleep which was not conducive to an activity holiday. Basically we have been in a zombie state for 3 days not good. Maybe informing customers to bring earplugs or install triple glazing would assist this situation. We are sorry to make this complaint because like I said earlier the facilities were excellent. Driving down to Williams AZ today shattered but hoping to, AT LAST, get a good nights sleep

We completely understand that noise sensitivity can vary from guest to guest, which is why we try to be as transparent as possible in our listing. In the unit details, it was noted that the property is located near Highway 191 and that road noise may be heard from the unit, particularly for light sleepers or those sensitive to sound.
