The house is very nicely decorated. Kitchen is spacious; dining area a little snug. Loved the soft area rug in living room! Easy entry; nice to have garage access & garage door opener. Loved that there were beach towels, an insulated cooler & some portable outdoor chairs. Location just ok.Some suggestions:* Fans for bedrooms since there are no ceiling fans* More kitchen items (strainer, tongs, measuring cups /spoons, few more serving pieces, foil, baggies, plates wrap. etc would be bonus). There were definitely the basics but extras would be awesome! Definitely a few more dish towels & rags.* Kleenex* Handsoap dispenser in both bathrooms* Full length mirror downstairs * Change the timing on your outdoor watering system. The 2 times we opened the door to the enjoy the patio, the water was also spraying the seating area.* Professional pest control * Bench by front door. Love the large spacious front entry - there was a bench closer to living roon. We could have used another one closer to entrance. * Soft mattress toppers. The beds were extremely firm. Too firm for us!* Blow dryer in each bathroom.* A few more coffee pods/ K cups.* Laundry stain remover would be nice addition too! Meghan did respond quickly to our one request during our stay. Thank you, Meghan!

The home is lovely, seems like new construction. It’s actually 3 bedrooms and a loft (sliding door that doesn’t close all the way). The AC also needs balanced, some of the rooms get really hot during the night. The main reason I can’t give this home a higher rating is because the beds are absolutely atrocious! The linens and bedding were terrible. The mattresses on all of the beds are so hard that I literally was unable to sleep on them. It felt like we were laying on beds of concrete. If you are going to own a short-term rental home, the #1 thing you should not cheap out on are the mattresses and bedding. If those were better, I would book this home for every football game for the next 3 years.
