Stayed on this property Oct 3-10 2026. Home was very clean and perfect for the size of our party. Was supposed to be 6 adults but ended up be only 3. Kitchen stocked with dishes and utensils. Everything in good working order. Furniture, including beds 'were comfortable and all the TV's worked fine. A/C and ceiling fans made the humidity in Florida very nice. Pool was smaller than we'd expected but it turned out to be perfect as there were no children that like to spread out in the pool. Hot tub/spa worked fine. Everything on the patio was clean. Highly recommend this home for 3 or 4 adult couples that just want to relax. TJ was quick to respond when I texted. We'll definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay! The only thing that I think should be added to the listing is that the air is not allowed to get cooler than 72. In the summer time this can still be hot.

The house was amazing, plenty of room for all 11 of us. Our family loved the pool and hot tub, many hours of fun. The clubhouse had everything you could ask for, lazy river, slide, bar and grill, workout room, pickleball and tennis courts. Our host TJ was incredible, responded so quickly to any question and was so easy to work with. The location was only an easy 2-3 min walk to the clubhouse. We would highly recommend this house in a beautiful resort area.

Overall, the place was perfect for us. The only issues we ran into was having to pay for the use of the grill, which was not mentioned in the add, the ad saying the gym was 24hrs which was not the case for non-residents, and not being able to get into the house early due to our flight change was a little disappointing. We will be back in the future.

The house was just as advertised, very clean with ample linens; including bath towels and beach towels for use near the pool. Important to note with this rental is it is only about 3 minute walk to the resort amenities (pickleball courts, lazy river, pool slide, etc.) which is very convenient if your family has older children or teens. Families renting other units often had to drive and park in the limited parking. We were grateful this unit was located so close.
