Welcome to Your Home Away from Home – A Charming Cottage in Franklin, TN

This delightful ranch-style 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage is nestled in the heart of Franklin with over an acre lot. It offers the perfect blend of comfort, charm, privacy and convenience. Each bedroom features a plush queen bed with black out curtains, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, while the bathrooms are beautifully appointed—one with a luxurious jetted tub, and the other with a classic cast iron clawfoot tub overlooking the peaceful, tree-lined yard and picturesque bridge over the bubbling creek.

Start your mornings on the spacious back deck with a cup of coffee in hand, soaking in the tranquility of the park-like setting. Inside, you'll find a cozy living space ideal for relaxing, a fully equipped kitchen ready for home-cooked meals, fast WiFi to keep you connected, and a washer and dryer to make longer stays easy and comfortable.

Whether you're here to relax, recharge, or explore the charm and history of downtown Franklin, or city life of Nashville, this welcoming cottage has everything you need for a truly memorable stay. As we our guests to be aware we are experiencing some growing pains in our city and our road is having some construction done on the west side. The hours of operation m-f 7-3pm. Cute little cottage conveniently located. Property was hard to get in and out of due to being on a busy main road though. Beautiful view of the backyard from the nice two level deck. Lots of wildlife to enjoy! Would stay again:)

The owner was great about communicating with us, check in was easy, the home was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

Very attentive hostess. The yard with a deck and fire pit and wildlife was so peaceful!! The house had everything we needed and it was centrally located.

Host was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I would caution is that many of the furniture pieces seem to be very old and on their last leg - buyer beware with that. Outside of that the house was decently clean and fit the needs we had for our week away in Franklin. Property was much larger than we expected too, but driveway was hard to get in/out between construction on the main road and there not being a good transition from road to driveway.

The residence was tidy. We felt the a.c. was good. likely would not stay again as the mattresses were quite uncomfortable including the pillows which we felt were old and not updated. The access pulling into the home driveway was difficult as we were not notified the driveway was almost dangerous to enter because of road construction. The shower was old and not in good condition. A very small range of mobility just to move inside. The door was unable to close. Not recommending.

Good communication, kitchen was well stocked, comfortable beds and clean. House is on a busy road with major construction going on, so it is a bit noisy.

First and foremost, the host is a great communicator. I made multiple changes to the reservation, lost a key and must have texted her a dozen times and she didn't even blink. Truly appreciated. The space was perfect for my 2 week stay, 2 bed, bath! Out of the owners control, it is on a very busy street that is having MAJOR construction-a sign that says "basting zone . Lots of road noise. While it is an older home, it does have everything you need.

Location was perfect for being close to Franklin, Downtown Nashville and the airport! Lots to do and see in the surrounding area!Easy check in and out, would come back and stay for location alone. The construction across the street may become an issue for quietness in the future, but we were out and about early each day so didnt bother us too much. Kellie always answered any questions or concerns promtly.

I was in Tennessee and at this property for 9 nights to have surgery and to do part of my recovery. The house was roomy and accommodations were comfortable. The construction and road noise were a little much for me since I was there to rest and relax after having surgery. Getting in and out of the driveway was a little tricky at times due to the traffic but we managed. If it weren’t for the construction happening right across the road at the time we were there, I feel it would have been much quieter and maybe not so tough getting in and out. We tried washing towels in the middle of our stay and had an issue with the washer but the host quickly provided a solution and we had clean towels the same day. Overall it was a good place in a good location and was well stocked. On arriving, we did notice a pretty bad musty smell but there had been a lot of rain recently and they had dehumidifiers going to try and help with the smell/wetness. The host was very diligent with communications and very quick to resolve the issue with the washer.
