Enjoy the backyard fire pit as you take a break from Historic Franklin downtown shopping. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch house is all on one level with easy access inside from your car.
The Lazy C house is located close to I-65 for a quick trip to downtown Nashville and is less than 3 miles to Main Street in Historic Franklin.
New master shower with rain head and marble tile floor is ready for use as well as new beds with mattress/springs for your comfort.
Keyless front door entry with code changes between each guest.

Wooohoooo!

I was so happy with this house! In our current age of not so great vacation rentals and almost non existent customer service, Joyce’s place pleasantly surprised me and was hands down my best experience ever.

Weekend Review

We were in town for the weekend and the house and property were perfect! It had everything we needed and was very comfortable and felt like home. We had a special request for the owner and Joyce was kind enough to approve our request! Highly recommend, great location to food and groceries and easy trip to Nashville.

Would definitely stay again!

The property was exactly as advertised. It was a great space for us and our littles. The host was eager to help any way she could. Location was also great. Very quiet neighborhood but close to downtown.

Perfect Fit

My out of town family and I really enjoyed the house and outdoor amenities. There was plenty of room for everyone and no detail was overlooked. The hosts even decorated for Christmas we especially enjoyed the Christmas tree and made it feel like we celebrated at home in La.

Starting the New Year in Franklin

Our family had the best time in Franklin and a huge part of that was Joyce’s hospitality! From the excellent communication to all of the little details, we would highly recommend this location. We stayed during the week between Christmas and New Year and were excited to discover that the home was decorated for the holidays complete with a tree and cute seasonal bedding. There was a coffee bar along with drinks and snacks which was a fun touch. Everything we needed for our stay was at our fingertips including great local recommendations for dining. We adore the town of Franklin and the surrounding area and will certainly be back. There is no doubt that we will return to this same home if it is available!

Such a sweet place

This rental was the best one I’ve ever experienced. From the cleanliness of the home, communication with the owner, to having everything we needed at hand and more! The house was so warm and inviting that we felt like we’re we home.

The home was beautiful in a beautiful neighborhood. The home was very clean. The mattress was fantastic in every room. It’s in a prime location. The host was so nice. It was easy access to get in and out of the home.

Very comfortable!

Just a very comfortable house to stay in. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and this visit did not disappoint. We enjoyed a glass of wine by the fire pit and played some bag toss. The house is well stocked with just about everything you need. Highly recommend!

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood

My family enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen and on the grill in the private backyard. We explored downtown Franklin and walking trails in south Nashville. We all slept great on comfortable beds. Many thanks to our friendly and responsive host!

Return visit to this lovely property,10 mins drive from bars/restaurants in Franklin. Joyce is easy to deal with and the property is spotless. It’s the little touches and extras that make this property such a gem. It will always be our 1st choice when visiting Nashville.

Cute, clean and convenient

Highly recommend! This home was in a quiet, safe neighborhood that was convenient to Franklin, Cool Springs and Downtown. Many restaurants, shopping and grocery stores close by. The home was clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Had everything we needed. Owners communicated well.

This house was perfect. Immaculately cleaned, beautiful quiet neighborhood, close to so many grocery stores and downtown Franklin. We had an amazing time and will be back!

Perfect Place

House was a lovely layout for our group of 4 and had everything we needed and more. Host had coffee and few treats set up for us and beds and overall vibe of home was extremely comfortable. As in previous reviews, the home is VERY well maintained and clean. May have to make this location a yearly destination.

Family Reunion

We had a lovely family break at the Lazy C house. Everything was as described, the house is very comfortable, we didnt find ourselves short of any equipment. We were able to visit Nashville very easily and arrive back to the house for some evening relaxation. I would recommend this home to anyone as a peaceful retreat with easy access to Nashville and other tourist destinations John

The Lazy C

Staying in a house rather than a hotel made our trip for my granddaughter’s wedding so much more pleasurable. It was relaxing and roomy. Everything was comfortable and made us feel at home. I would highly recommend this property and it’s owner!!

Another great stay

This is the second time my wife, daughter, son in law and twin grandsons have stayed at this property. Just like the first time, everything was top notch. This location was very convenient to Franklin, Cool Springs and Lenox Village where our son and his family live. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Perfect for us!!

Beautiful property and just as expected/listed! Joyce was responsive and easy to work with. Large backyard equipped with a gas grill and fire pit. We also enjoyed a couple games of bags! We really enjoyed our stay. Spent a day downtown Franklin and took an Uber to downtown Nashville a couple of times! Great times!

Family weekend

Our family met in Franklin for a Mother's Day weekend. The house was wonderful and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio visiting and watching the kids play in the back yard. If the occasion arises and it is available, we will definitely stay here again.

This house is a one-story ranch home with easy access for guests. It is located close to I-65 and quick to find and unload after a long day's travel or a trip from BNA airport. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and is also close to downtown Historic Franklin. We live in the same neighborhood and believe this is a great property to share with guests.
We will be revamping the backyard in this year to add more reasons to spend time relaxing at this home.
