Easy booking, home was perfect for our party of 10 including a baby and teens. Fully stocked kitchen, and parking. With access to the Black Butte pools, hot tubs, spa, gym and activity center there’s something for everyone. Hosts were great at checking to ensure we were good to go but not overbearing.
Privacy from the back of the house.

We had a great stay at Dakota House. The property was clean and well cared for. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the bed in the primary bedroom was the most comfortable I’ve slept on in years. The kids’ bunk room was a fun play space for our girls, though the bunk beds were a bit wobbly. We enjoyed outdoor dining on the deck, the bikes that came with the house, and the amenities offered at the ranch. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

We had an excellent stay and would definitely rent this property again! The layout was perfect for our family and it was exceptionally clean. The details the owners put in were very nice and appreciated - a bottle of wine, personal toothbrush/toothpaste/mini deodorant, plenty of linens, pool towels, shampoo/conditioner, and extra pantry items in case you forgot something. The kitchen was well stocked and there was an extra fridge in the garage to store our extra drinks and food. The mattresses were very comfortable and the beds all had great pillows and luxury linens. Kids had a great hand out place in the upstairs bonus/bunk room with lots of games provided. Very cozy and comfortable stay!

We’ve been coming to Black Butte Ranch for years with family. This is a wonderful home! Nice open gathering space with lots of light and well furnished home. We loved our stay and the location was central to all our activities of bike riding and going to the pools and the meadow. The beautiful aspen trees were a favorite spot for spotting deer and baby fawns frolicking in woods. Peter was excellent in all communications and always helpful. Thank you!
