This place was absolutely lovely and 100% will be coming back. Great location near Nevada city and summer water holes and rivers.The hosts were very sweet and the property was majestic.

This yurt was amazing. It was cute and thoughtfully designed. Jeanette is kind and attentive and so was Chino, the welcome pup. We highly recommend this for a couple or solo traveler and just take the time to relax.We will be back!

I loved my overnight stay in this sweet little yurt in Grass Valley! Tucked among the trees, it felt cozy and peaceful, with thoughtful touches that made it especially welcoming. The hosts were responsive and accommodating throughout. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Sweet Yurt, close to town. Perfect for a quick get-a-way and not wanting to set up a tent! The host has thought of everything we would need and left thoughtful touches - coffee, milk and brownies (thank you!). Towels and linens were fresh and clean. We will be back!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and we would absolutely stay again! Jeanette is a wonderful host and her dog Chino was just a doll. The yurt was comfortable, clean, beautiful views, and absolutely adorable. Highly recommend it - thank you for the hospitality, Jeanette!

The hosts were so nice and welcoming! The yurt was perfect and quite large with a bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. We loved it there. The forest was so peaceful.

The place was great very comfortable and quaint. The host and husband were fabulous great to work with and check to make sure we had all we needed for our stay. Chio was very cool coming to say hi every day very friendly and polite.

We had a wonderful visit. The owners are very welcoming and kind. We hurt is very comfortable and we were able to easily cook meals. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Jeanette and her husband were waiting for us as the yurt is a football field from their home. I had picked up a Dutch apple pie for them, and as it turned out she had made me an apple cobbler and had it waiting on the counter in the kitchen. Such amazing people they are! The yurt was perfect, clean and so serene I took a nap as soon as I got unpacked. I spent the remainder of my stay enjoying the peace and quiet. I brought my GSD who quickly befriended their Standard Doodle and they too relaxed and frolicked the time away in the brush. There was coffee grounds and half and half in the refridge that I enjoyed with my apple cobbler that evening. Such a wonderful place I did not want to leave. I will be back for certain, I have found my home away from the bustling Sacramento corridor in which I now live. Thank you for sharing your yurt, I am forever grateful. Tell Capachino thank you as well; he was an excellent host to Remmy the city dog!

Wonderful Getaway

The yurt is quiet and comfortable. Perfect for a couple wanting to get away from city life. Hostess met us at the door and made us feel welcomed. Definately return destination.

Fabulous stay

The yurt and alpacas were delightful. Cleanest Vrbo we have stayed at, the rain was delightful and our stay was wonderful. Thank you Jeanette and Michael. Lovely hosts.

It is what it says. A big yurt, among the trees, where you will be awakened by singing birds and distant hoots from owls! Alittle chill in the air made sleeping peaceful and cozy, and the fire in the morning warmed it right up for coffee and apple crisp, which was lovingly left by the owners. The location was nice as we were visiting friends in grass valley just down the road. The water pressure and temp was dreamy and had shampoo and conditioner for use, along with giant towels. The poodle, Chino, was also very welcoming! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Jeanette and Mike are such nice people. They were wonderful and friendly hosts. The Yurt is beautifully set in the trees and waking to the songbirds in the morning was almost better than the comfy bed. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic hosts and place!

This is our third time staying at this wonderful and relaxing yurt. The hosts (Jeanette and Michael) are the most warm and gracious hosts. We were greeted with a delicious peach cobbler and fresh coffee. Thank you for making our Anniversary memorable, once again.

Delightful!

The yurt was quiet and beautiful and had all the features and amenities you could want. Michael and Jeanette were wonderful hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. We had an excellentl nights sleep and will be returning on our next visit.

The property was easy to get through, a good location, a short drive from Grass Valley, clean, spacious. Overall, I could not imagine a better place to stay. Host was very communicative and helpful and helped me work through a VRBO bug where the VRBO was confirming different dates. Thanks for helping and hanging in there. Will certainly stay here again when I'm in the area.
