Located just minutes from downtown Fairbanks and the airport, this warm and inviting retreat is the perfect home base for your Alaska adventure. The space features two private bedrooms, an open loft for additional sleeping, a fully equipped kitchen with essentials, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Unwind in the cozy living room, stay connected with Wi-Fi, and enjoy downtime with the TV. After a day of exploring, relax in the private 4-person hot tub, perfect for warming up under the Alaska sky.
The home is fully heated for year-round comfort and is an excellent spot for Northern Lights viewing, sightseeing, and everything Fairbanks has to offer.

The Bear Cove is set in a heavily wooded area and with woods come the chance to see many things in nature from deer to birds and squirrels, bears, moose. As a reminder if you’re sitting outside there can be mosquitoes and spiders.

** We do not accept any date alterations for any reason. We also do not process refunds. We recommend all guests to purchase travel insurance incase you are unable to make your reserved dates. In the winter there is snow and a 4WD is recommended. We do not offer refunds for any reason including weather. Thank you

This place was the perfect home base for our Fairbanks adventure! Wake up each morning to a cup of coffee in the very clean hottub, consistent water and very close to town! Place was tidy and the perfect size for us.

A wonderful place to stay in Fairbanks! Clean and cozy place for a getaway. Close to town and yet off the path of the bustle of town. Family and kid friendly for those with traveling guests. I will be back soon. Thanks!

This was such a cozy and well laid out home! Very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and it was clear the owners take pride in their property and taking care of their guests (loved the basket of toiletries for guests in the bathroom). Thank you for the awesome landing place in Fairbanks!

The property was nice. But for the price I paid just for one night plus an xtra 65 for an extra late check out. I feel the the house could have been alot cleaner, and better taken care of. Especially the hot tub and kitchen area.

This was such a nice little house! The location was really convenient as Chena Pump Road turns into one of the main throughfares in Fairbanks, but as it was a few miles out of town, it was super quiet. One word of warning, it's on a wooded lot, so no breeze in there. That directly translates to mosquito swarms in the summer! We were excited to use the hot tub, but couldn't do it with the skeeters out there! If you are travelling to Fairbanks in the summer, pack your bug spray! The owners were great with communication whenever we had questions and even have a truck available to rent if you need a vehicle to drive.
