While I appreciate the quick communication, the home needs a thorough cleaning. Really good location. Home has a definite problem with roaches. Other issues they were able to handle fairly quickly.

This house was awesome and met our families needs. Great location, very clean and all the items we needed were there. Will stay there again when my family comes back to Tyler.

This was our 2nd stay at this location since it is convenient to family. First visit was at Christmas when it was cooler. This time when we arrived for July 4th, the house temp was 83! It took until middle of the night to cool to a comfortable temperature, and then the thermostat overrode and raised the temp at 4:00am waking several of us up since it was warmer! We had issues with the thermostat all the time we were there. We had an issue this time with cockroaches in the kitchen and bedrooms with one found in a carrying bag. We do not have roaches in our home so we know we didn’t bring them into the house. In fact, upon unpacking once home, a roach was in an insulated bag that we used to transport food items from the fridge! The landscaping was not well maintained with overgrown bushes hindering entry into the house. The yard appeared to not have been mowed recently. A message was sent to the property manager after the stay addressing these issues, however, no response was received. Winter vs summer stays are very different, obviously, but for the cost of the rental at a premium for July 4th, we did not feel that we had a good return on the cost. Sadly, going forward, we’ll find another location.

Very clean, well stocked. Beds are VERY firm, pillows were pancakes. Some fire ant hills in the backyard bit my kids and dogs, but host was responsive. All in all a good stay.
