Just a little over a mile away are the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan where you can enjoy the walking path, 11 miles north you can hike at Skokie Lagoons Nature Preserve, or go just a few miles more and enjoy a tranquil escape to the Chicago Botanic Gardens.

For music enthusiasts, this location offers convenient access to various venues, including Ravinia (14 miles) and the Salt Shed (9 miles). Movie and TV fans will appreciate the proximity to iconic John Hughes filming locations such as those from The Breakfast Club, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, and Home Alone.
