Summary:
Beautiful 2-bedroom condo with stunning views of the ocean, a large, private balcony, spacious updated kitchen, brand-new community pool and picnic area, and private access to a quiet beach. Located on the 4th floor, directly above the pool. This family-friendly unit can comfortably sleep up to 6.
The Space:
⭐️ There are 2 bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a large garden tub, perfect for a romantic bubble bath or getting kids clean after a busy day!
⭐️ The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the essentials needed to cook if you want to stay in.
⭐️ There is both a Keurig machine and a drip coffee maker - to accommodate everyone’s preferences!
⭐️ There’s even several DVDs and games to choose from for a fun family movie night or game night!
⭐️ There are 3 Smart TVs in the unit, including 1 in each bedroom, for late-night binge watching.
⭐️ Cable TV channels are provided on the living room and master bedroom TVs, while the guest bedroom TV still has access to your favorite streaming apps such as Netflix and YouTube.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all the amenities at the condo building, including the newly renovated outdoor pool, picnic area and grill, indoor jacuzzi, sauna/steam room, and a small fitness center. There is a washer/dryer conveniently located inside the unit. And beach essentials are provided for guests to enjoy - beach chairs & towels, umbrella, cooler, boogie board, and sand toys.
The Neighborhood:
The Seychelles building is located in a quieter, more secluded part of Daytona, but it is still only a short drive to restaurants, shopping, the Daytona Beach boardwalk and Convention Center, downtown Beach Street, Daytona Lagoon waterpark, and the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. Orlando is a little over an hour away (with no traffic) which makes a day trip feasible to avoid paying for another hotel if you want to spend a day at one of the theme parks! Historic St. Augustine is also only an hour away, which is a charming place to visit and a must-see if you have never been!
Getting Around:
You will likely need a car to drive to restaurants and shops. However, Crabby Joe’s on the pier (a local favorite that serves breakfast, lunch, & dinner) is only a 15-minute walk from the condo so you could technically get away without renting a car if you really wanted to!
Other Things to Note:
◆ Special note: This condo building is (temporarily) going through renovations so you may hear some construction noise during your stay. Ear plugs are provided, but it shouldn’t negatively affect your enjoyment of the condo, the beach, or the spectacular view!
◆ Parking: Guests can park in the upper parking lot. Anywhere is fine, there are no assigned parking spaces.
◆ Property Access: Guests will have 2 key fobs to use during their stay, which grants access to the lobby, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room, and private beach entrance.
◆ Guests will be responsible for the cost of replacement if any fobs are lost, damaged (i.e. getting them wet), or taken after departure.
◆ Property Damage: The booking price includes a property damage protection fee, which covers up to $3,000 of accidental contents damage or accidental property damage. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
◆ Pre-Arrival check-in: All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form via the Guest Portal prior to their check-in date. This will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.
