Susan’s property is exactly as described - clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could ever want for your stay! It’s on a nice, quiet street with ample parking. Even though only 2 of us ended up visiting Geneva, the house has plenty of space for guests to both spread out and come together :) The porch in the back with seating and umbrellas was a bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable, and the host was a great communicator. We loved hanging out in the living room playing games. We didn’t even realize till day two there was a beautiful dining room that we never used because the rest of the house was so comfortable. If you don’t want to be on the main strip and away from the noise, but convenient to everything this is my recommendation.

We had a girls weekend here. Five of us stayed and it was perfect. Lots of space to sit and talk inside and out. Easy to clean up if you choose to eat in. Great location to many wineries. There was no outdoor grill but that was fine. The place is soo cute and clean!

Great stay

The property was very clean and centrally located to everything. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 highly recommended!

Properly was just as pictured. Very clean and fully stocked with all basic needs. Check in and out was a breeze and communication was awesome. I will definitely choose it again. Thanks.

House was very comfy! Perfect for a girls weekend. Located about 8 minutes from the strip and beach which was amazing, but also close for heading the opposite direction towards most the wineries. Beds were comfy with lots of pillows and sheets were very clean, and the kitchen well stocked. Loved having games sprinkled throughout the house, our host was very accommodating to an early check in and even left us a bottle of wine! Our only major gripe was the house definitely has had dogs in the past and it is evident by the strong smell of dog in the house, and there was dog hair on the couch. We had one of our group with dog allergies and it was definitely an issue, so if you have a pet allergy this is NOT the home for you. Other than that, we were happy with the stay!

Hello! Thanks for the review. LOVE IT that you had a good stay. Do need to note that there has NEVER been a dog in the house. We bought it in 2022 and had new carpeting and new LVP installed, and had walls, ceilings, cabinets and everything painted, etc. Everything in the house is new or newer, I wanted everything to be fresh, and I am a clean freak. The photos in the hall are of us with Thor, a pet we lost 2 and a half years *prior* to buying this house. No dogs! Perhaps the previous guest snuck a dog in???! Definitely will inform the cleaner and get the couches vacuumed and treated with dander neutralizer spray (and the carpets, too.) SO very sorry for any inconvenience! You are all welcome back at any time. We will make it up to you with an even better bottle of wine! :) Thanks so much.

House was great, very comfortable beds. This was the third different house we stayed at on our vacation and I got the best sleep of the trip here. Washer and dryer were a great help since I pack light. The shower had great pressure and a detachable shower head which I appreciate. Very quiet and safe street, very quick and straight drive to the lake. Host was very responsive and made it a seemless process. Would stay here again for our next family reunion at GotL.

This house was very cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. There is a kids park right around the corner that is in walking distance.back yard is nice and quiet. Would be great if there was a grill in the backyard. Beds are comfortable. The host was quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely visit again.
