The first thing you need to know when booking this place is that it's a home, not a house. As such, you'll feel at home when you stay here. You won't spend time looking for spares because everything is thoughtfully placed in its right place.Jennings is a great communicator and went to great lengths to make sure we had a great time. We'll definitely stay here if life brings us this way again.

The house was beautiful and the backyard was amazing! There were little niceties around the house like chargers all in one place to charge all your electronics and a Latte/Cappuccino machine next to the coffee maker. The beds were super comfy and we had a great time. But my most favorite thing was the Sound bath in the Studio outside. Jennings is an extraordinarily gifted healer and it was Heaven!

Our stay at this property could not have been more perfect for our needs. A quiet and extremely comfortable retreat for ourselves and our family was much needed. We were a five-minute drive from the Cal Lutheran campus - where we could happily watch our granddaughter's first college soccer games, and convenient to shopping and restaurants for other outings. My husband and granddaughter even took advantage of the Sound Bath Spa and enjoyed it very much.Jennings was a kind and flexible hostess, allowing us an early check-in after a red-eye flight and promptly answering other questions and requests that came up. Since our soccer player will be at Cal Lu for four more years, we look forward to future stays with Jennings at the Lotus Moon.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lotus Moon Spa House. The property itself is beautiful and peaceful, with an incredible backyard that truly feels like a retreat. The hot tub, infrared sauna, and especially the sound bath house made for such a relaxing and restorative experience.Jennings was an exceptional host and even led a private sound bath session for us, which was such a special touch and absolutely unforgettable.Highly recommend for a girls’ getaway, couples weekend, or anyone looking to unplug, recharge, and enjoy a unique wellness experience. We can’t wait to come back!

The property location was helpful for the event we were in town for. It had the basics we needed with the bonus of "spa" amenities. We did not see any information binder of how to utilize these ammenities and the cleanliness level was moderate. The evidence of that this was the usual home of the owners was a surprise as that had not been clearly communicated prior. The resident's dog came into the space twice while we were there. Apparently it was the owners checking on their "guest"/tennant in the inlaw unit.

Thanks for your stay and for your feedback. I’m glad the location worked well for your trip and that you enjoyed the spa amenities. We provide Wi-Fi and property information in the welcome materials, and I’ll make the spa instructions more prominent as well. Our listing is for a private home rather than a dedicated vacation rental, so personal touches are part of the space. I also appreciate you mentioning our mini poodle dog—we’ll continue to be mindful to ensure he stays out of the guest yard during maintenance visits.
