Thank you for your review and feedback. The Slopeside Parking Garage is accessed at the Western Most point of the Slopeside Condo Area. Occasionally Slopeside renters attempt to access the neighboring condomium's Parking area which is on the East Side of the Peru Lift/ Mountain House area. Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the stay did not meet your expectations. After reviewing your reservation, we understand there was concern regarding the lack of air conditioning. As noted in the listing, this property does not have A/C, which is very common in this mountain area due to the typically cool climate. During your stay, outdoor temperatures were around 50 degrees, and the home is equipped with fans and operable windows to help keep the space comfortable. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if they need assistance, as our team is happy to help with recommendations or solutions whenever possible.
