Amazing and beautiful property and house! The house has so much character and is clearly very loved. The grounds were beautiful with all of the gardens, forest, and pond. Would stay again for a family gathering of sorts!

We chose this estate for a family reunion because it was large enough to accommodate us all. Overall, it was a positive experience: the grounds were amazing with beautiful flowers, bushes and trees abound! There was a nice pond that was perfect for fishing, riding in the rowboat or sitting beside to read and enjoy the sounds of nature. It was extremely private, peaceful and quiet. We found 3 fire pits and opted for the closest one for our night of s’more making! The 17 rooms in the house were plenty to offer privacy when needed. Each room was decorated with a different theme and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have 4 bathrooms available! The large kitchen with the HUGE island served as a central meeting place where many stories and memories were shared. The pool was the highlight of the vacation! Many hours were spent swimming and playing water games. Essentially, we never really left the estate the whole week except for a trip or two for groceries. There were copious notes immediately prior to arrival with instructions about [extensive] trash, recycling & composting, how to use the lights, and restrictions on the air conditioning. Each rule had a fine affixed at the end of the instruction which felt like a threat rather than a guide. Keeping the temperature at 75 deg (lowest allowed was 72) was unreasonable during an August week that was extremely hot and humid.If this information was available prior to the deadline to cancel, I would have considered cancelling.

A great family vacation

The house was spacious and was beautifully furnished. The grounds were amazing with many places to hang out and enjoy nature. The host was very helpful and responsive.

A wonderful weekend in the woods!

We were a large group and were easily able to fit. It was a beautiful property with many amenities that made our stay lovely.

Home away from home

We stayed here with our wedding party and it was perfect! The house is well stocked and we were able to have some people over for a welcome dinner. The property and house is stunning and we all had a great time!

Great for a long stay

We stayed at the property for 12 nights and it was absolutely perfect. Every detail was accounted for - down to birdseed in the multiple bird feeders on the property for a wonderful show of goldfinches and cardinals! Highly recommended.

nice family getaway

property had something for everyone; the pool was great ; large lawn to play ball, etc. communication with claire was fine; nice place for a family getaway; would recommend some written manuals re operating multiple tvs (too many remotes to operate; also recommend shorter procedures for handling recycling, trash, etc. would recommend for large family gatherings;

Thank you, Sam. Please come again as the Harmony Universal Remote will be ready for you and you can watch any of the 3 Smart OLED 65 inches TV sets with a single remote. We will also do cliff notes for the instructions.

Outstanding. Special.

Owner was great to work with. House was beautiful, charming, interesting, and huge. As advertised, it has everything a group needs to enjoy a stay of any length, and because there is so much to enjoy on the property and in the home, you won't want to leave. We had a family reunion here, and it was perfect.

Wonderful property with caring owner

We hosted our wedding at this property and it was absolutely perfect. Beautiful house, outdoors and very well kept. Claire is a very caring host and provides many amenenities and is very thorough with instructions about the property. I would highly recommend Claire and her besutiful property!

AMAZING PROPERTY!!!

We booked this house at the last minute and it DID NOT disappoint. Claire, the homeowner, is so so kind. Her home is absolutely lovely. If I need to book another house for 15+ people, this will be my first choice!! The pictures do not do it justice. I highly recommend booking this property!!

A marvelous property in which to relax

Claire could not have been more helpful in getting us checked into the property and showing us all the fun nooks and crannies of her beautiful house and gardens. A lovely old-farmhouse feel to the house and extensive, beautifully maintained grounds in a glorious location made for a perfect getaway. Wouldn’t change anything.

Family Reunion

The house is very unique, quite eclectic and fun! The pool was not open, but, the weather wasn't very cooperative either! The grounds/gardens are awesome, the property accommodated over 40 family members and everyone had a good time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This is truly an estate. Unfortunately we had rain so we were not able to enjoy the beautiful property. The house has many cool and unique decorations. There is plenty of room to sleep a large crowd. We had a celebration at the house (approved by the owners) which was great. There is plenty of space for guests to spread out and the kitchen is very functional to host a nice buffet dinner party. There is also plenty of parking. A true gem if you are looking for a large and exclusive property in the Worcester area.

Long weekend at a country estate

We hosted 7 other family members who came in for our daughter's wedding. We had a fabulous time and the house & grounds were perfect! Claire thought of everything and the labeled cabinets were brilliant. We would definitely stay there again and would gladly rent other properties from Claire. It was a magical weekend!

Wonderful estate

Several friends and young children enjoyed this property for three nights and everyone loved it. The house felt very warm and welcoming and had charm throughout it. Everyone congregated around the large kitchen island for every meal and the living area was great. Outside offered options for activates, games, walking, swimming, and numerous fire pits. This is a wonderful estate for friends and family to enjoy and have enough space to suit everyone's preferences.

Our wonderful wedding weekend at Claire’s

Our stay was wonderful, our guests were so impressed with the property and how meticulous everything was. Claire went above and beyond to make our special day so perfect. Our families stayed at the house and it was great to all be together but to also all have space. The master bathroom is spectacular. Claire put so much thoughtful attention to each room. Thank you again for everything!! We will be back ❤️

Great place for family

This place was perfect for our family reunion. We had 17 people from babies to elderly. There was more than enough room for everyone. The place is stocked with everything you could possibly need and then some. The outside spaces are what make this place truly special. The pool was immaculate, and there were tons of floaties and pool toys. They have every outdoor game you can think off. The pond is lovely, we took the little boat out to look for frogs. There is so much space for the kids to run around. There's also plenty to do if it rains. The 3 car garage is set up as an indoor play space.

A beautiful property, some communication issues

We stayed at this property for 2 nights and loved the big, well equipped kitchen, the beautiful yard and the animal farm that is right on the property. Communication with the property owner was a problem. While we were there, there was a power outage for a few hours and I was not able to get a hold of her. Besides that there were several more instances of miscommunication or no reply. Other than that, we had a really good time at the house.

We apologize for the miscommunication as we had power and cellular outage as well and thus we did not get your messages on time. We had sent you several emails about the property with phone numbers of the 2 caretakers for any needs or issues . They said they never received any phone calls. They live only a mile away. Is there a reason why you did not call them?
