We loved staying at Ki & Tara’s charming Kits guest suite! The space is stylish and cozy and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The back deck is sweet! Cute coffee shops nearby and a lovely neighborhood for strolling about. Ki shared great recommendations for local outings and destinations!

Outstanding in every way. Fantastic location 2 blocks from coffee/grocery on broadway and 10 min walk to kits beach, 10 minute uber to downtown. Super clean. Large comfortable bedroom. Quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication with hosts. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely apartment just a short walk to a lot of restaurants and shopping. It very quiet at night. The bed was comfortable. We slept great!The host communicated with us promptly and gave us restaurant suggestions.You are staying in an apt where someone apparently usually lives.... the kitchen is clearly usually inhabited.The apartment has a bedroom, a TV room, and a nice-sized kitchen with a dining area. It happened to rain while we were there and we felt grateful that there was an umbrella and a reusable shopping bag at our disposal. And a dedicated parking space!

Fantastic accommodation for the two of us. Spotless, airy, spacious, full kitchen with comfortable 4 person table, new bathroom with shower, living room with pullout sofa. Helpful host made sure we understood how to take the Skytrain/bus from the airport to this spot. Short couple of blocks from bus stop. So great to be in a quiet, green residential neighbourhood instead of the concrete jungle where the hotels are. Shops and restaurants are in abundance just a 5-10 minute walk away. So easy to get to all the attractions - Granville Island, Acquarium/Stanley Park, UBC Anthropology Museum on foot if you are energetic, by bus, water taxi, by bike if you rent one. There are bike lanes everywhere. We'll be back.

The accommodations were clean, quiet, and close to transportation, restaurants and grocery stores. The host thought of details to make the stay homey and inviting. You won’t be disappointed!

Really wonderful and spacious place in a great location. Well stocked kitchen, many streaming platforms, and lots of natural light! It really feels like a homey space. I would absolutely recommend and stay again!

The neighborhood was very nice, clean and quiet. There were lots of restaurants, a market, liquor store and other businesses within easy walking distance. It’s close to downtown but feels like a quiet suburb. Flowers and trees everywhere, lots of shade, great for walking. There is AC in the bedroom which was lovely. We kept the bedroom door closed at night and the room stayed very cool. We didn’t need AC during the day as there are lots of windows throughout the apartment which provide a nice breeze, keeping the unit comfortable. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything we could have needed. The host lives upstairs and is very helpful and friendly and was fast to respond and assist with anything we needed. The apartment has a relatively long set of steps to the entry and very steep steps down to the laundry so it would probably not be appropriate for people with mobility issues. Overall, it was a very clean, quiet, pleasant, comfortable apartment and we would absolutely return and highly recommend it.

Kai was an amazing host. He communicated clearly and gave us all the information we needed. We also got to meet him in person. He was very kind. Helped us locate the laundry room in the house and have us instructions on how to use everything. The neighborhood is so pretty and quiet. Great distance to downtown and Grandville Island. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet neighborhood but also a good distance to transportation and other attractions. Hoping to come back to Vancouver and staying here soon.
