Welcome to our Family Garden Suite located in one of the best neighborhoods in Vancouver BC! This private 2 bedroom (no kitchen) suite is on the ground floor of our home. It is a short walk to lush green parks, great restaurants and nightlife. It is near UBC, Jericho Beach and Pacific Spirit Forest. Downtown, Rogers Arena and Convention Centre are 15 to 25 minutes drive. Easy bus/train Transit. The neighbourhood is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing stay. You’ll have your own private garden to enjoy views of the beautiful scenery and birds. The 550 square foot suite sleeps 4 adults comfortably. There is no kitchen. There is a travel crib and foam mattress that can be used for children in the living room upon request.

Very pleasant stay in a Nice appartement with a private garden.The bus that brings you up to dowtown is just a Block away. Very nice hosts .

A lovely example of laid-back West Coast living with walkable access to the multiple shops, cafes and beaches in one of Vancouver's beloved neighbourhoods - Kitsilano. The Garden Suite is aptly named with its charming and peaceful front-yard oasis, Greg and Louise are attentive and welcoming hosts - we wouldn't hesitate to return to the Garden Suite on our next visit to Vancouver.

Perfect location, very nice and quiet neighbourhood. Pacific Spirit Park and Jericho beach at walking distance. The garden in front of the house is amazing. A Hummingbird delighted us during our stay. Greg and Louise are perfect hosts. Thank you so much! We will be back. We highly recommend!

This is a convenient, clean, and comfortable hotel style space, however be advised it does not have a kitchen although the text indictes that it does. Washing dishes in the bathroom sink is disturbing, if not unsanitary.

Wonderful place and location. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Garden setting and suite were much appreciated. Suite was well-supplied, very comfortable and artistically decorated. If and when we return to Vancouver, we will definitely stay here again.

The Garden Suite was the perfect spot for my stay in Vancouver. It was in a quiet, beautiful tree lined neighbourhood. The street parking was convenient. It was a quick drive to UBC campus, the restaurants of Kitsilano, and to the beaches. The property is well maintained, clean and had lovely furnishings and outdoor space. I very much appreciated the coffee set up and the treats left for breakfast upon my arrival. Greg was very responsive with messages, always responding quickly. I would absolutely stay here again. Fantastic spot.

Garden suite in lovely neighbourhood

We stayed 3 nights in this well appointed suite. It had everything we needed, and a kind host who offered delicious jam and yogourt as the stars of breakfast offerings. We were thankful for his helpful local advice and the location was exactly what we wanted! Highly recommended

Great for family with small child

We had enjoyed staying in the Garden Suite for a few nights in a walkable area. The fresh bread, jam, yoghurt, and such was a nice added touch. Most impressive was that the space was well set up for a toddler with a drawer of toys and a booster seat available.we would definitely stay at the Garden Suite again.

Wonderful place, and Louise and Greg are angels. This was a perfect home base in Kits / Dunbar with everything we needed for ourselves and our toddler. We loved being able to walk to Pacific Spirit park as well as the quick access to various bus lines. It’s also a gorgeous and quiet neighborhood. The space has beautiful light and a lovely privacy garden.

This was in a wonderful neighborhood, very convenient to get to UBC, Kitsilano and downtown. Greg, our host, was super responsive, friendly, and helpful. We loved hanging out in their garden patio. My wife and I would definitely like to stay there again!

Serenity, quiet, and peace in a terrific location near Kitsilano area and easy access to all for downtown or beyond. We were a couple though it could accommodate families, too.This garden suite is tastefully appointed with plenty of natural light to bring calm and brightness. The hosts are friendly and keep to themselves so you have plenty of privacy, but quick to respond if needed. Will absolutely look forward to another stay in the future - cheers!

Greg is a wonderful host. From booking to departure he was prompt, helpful and friendly. He couldn’t have been better. The property itself is delightful, complete with a secluded garden which is home to birds, hummingbirds and wonderful sculpture. The accommodation itself is spacious, bright and cheerful and there were thoughtful treats waiting when I arrived. The location is central and close to transportation, restaurants and a park. The neighbourhood, filled with mature trees and beautiful gardens is a treat to walk through. I highly recommend this property and the host.

Louise and Greg are artists and musicians. We have been renting this Garden Suite for 2 years with only 5 star reviews. Check out our review at our listing on the other short term rental platform.
We raised 4 children in this house and most of them have moved out so we have extra room. The self-contained Suite is very private and we live on the other side of the house so there are no noise problems.

Our house is 200m from the main streets so we are close to the action but peaceful and quiet. Great restaurants, the forest and everything else you may need are a short walking distance away.

We have large windows in every room. We also have good blinds for privacy and a good night's sleep. When you arrive you will find a selection of snacks, coffee, teas and a fridge with milk, butter, beer, bread, peanut butter and homemade jam. We will go out of our way to provide everything you need. This way, we always earn 5 star reviews.
