Only 3 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort and 25 miles from historic downtown Durango, the residence offers privacy and seclusion and tons of amenities - large outdoor space/deck with a BBQ Grill, outdoor seating, gas firepit, 2 separate living spaces, super fast Starlink WIFI (100mbs), washer/dryer and 2 car garage.

Master (Loft) - King with Ensuite Bath (3rd Floor)
2nd Bedroom - Queen (2nd/Main Floor)
3rd Bedroom - Bunk Bed (Double over Single) (2nd/Main Floor)
4th Bedroom (2nd living space/Media Room) - Queen Bed (Bottom Floor/Basement)

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
