Other amenities include tennis courts and a one of a kind 800 foot private fishing pier make this place extra special!! A stay in this condominium on Amelia Island offers something for everyone in your group.

Convenient to the north end of the island, just minutes away from Fort Clinch State Park and the Historic Downtown. Important Notice:
We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.

The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.

Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

We truly appreciate your patience as we enhance the property, and we hope you'll enjoy a great value stay in a freshly updated building!

Family Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying here. The property is secure and beautiful. Lots of things to do and go see in the area. I highly recommend it!!

Spectacular Views!

The ocean view is unbeatable, truly fantastic!! We were a family of five and the spaciousness of the condo was truly amazing. Plenty of space both inside and out on the balcony. The only thing that we were REALLY disappointed in was the cleanliness of the condo. The bed linens were clean but the comforters were not. Also, many of the dishes had been put away dirty. The vent on the door leading into the closet in the living room was coated with a thick layer of dust and grime, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year! I am not a neat freak by any stretch, but we really felt like the overall condition was a bit gross. I spent alot of time cleaning when we first arrived. I will say that the bathrooms were clean, though. I'm not sure if the cleaning crew was rushed or what happened but definitely not ready for guests.

Great experience and a comfortable stay

I must say,it was amazing place to stay and enjoy the beach and island life.Anazing view from living room and master bed room.room were so spacious Only one star I am deducting is due to check out time(10am) and check in time (4 pm).Its too early to check out :)
