Located on 1 acre yet close to I-70 with easy access to skiing, hiking, and local restaurants. Close proximity to Red rocks amphitheater and Lookout mountain.

We are currently living in northwestern Illinois. We bought this beautiful home as a place where we can come visit our two adult children who live in the Golden area. Our plans are to eventually retire here.

We chose this neighborhood specifically for the amazing views. Sitting on the deck with the beautiful mountain scenery around us never gets old. It is also very fun to watch the wildlife appear frequently in the backyard. Elk and deer are frequent visitors.
