This amazing ground floor private unit sleeps 4 with modern features 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 1 full bed, perfect for a serene getaway. Full kitchen with all your cooking amenities. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer and bathtub/shower for your convenience. With amenities like AC, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator, iron, heating, WiFi, covered porch with outdoor furniture and propane grill, your stay will be nothing short of tremendous.
Per HOA Community regulations, one of the registered guests must be 25 years or older. Quiet time is from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM. ****** Renter must comply with Sandpiper Cove Association: i.e. renter must be 25 years or older.
