Music and outdoor noise should be kept to a reasonable level, especially in the evening

Small Pets may be allowed with prior approval only
Please clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture and beds
🧹 Cleanliness & Damage
Please treat our home with care and report any damages immediately

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect mix of natural beauty, convenience, and tranquility. Being just a short 10-minute walk to Sombrero Beach one of the most beautiful beaches in the Keys was a big reason :)
The area is safe, peaceful, and family-friendly, with grocery stores, restaurants, and shops all nearby.
What we love most is how it feels close to everything, yet private and relaxing. You can enjoy kayaking right from the dock, watch the sunrise from Bed, or walk to dinner — all without ever needing to drive far.
As owners, we wanted to offer a place where guests could truly disconnect, unwind, and feel at home, while still having access to the best of Marathon and the Florida Keys.
