The property was extremely well located to all we wanted to do in Sioux Falls. The house was clean and comfortable. Amenities were good and met all our needs. The driveway is a bit steep, which was no problem, but may not be as convenient during winter months. Communication with the host was excellent. I would stay there again without hesitation and recommend the property to others.

The property was perfect! Clean and quaint. Bed was remarkably comfortable! Our host did a tremendous job ensuring the highest quality. 100% recommend!! One thing we noted, the driveway is a bit steep, if you have a low profile vehicle, be careful and you will be fine.

Beautifully renovated house in a quiet neighborhood with HUGE trees! I've literally never seen trees so large on a residential property. Sara is tremendously nice, too.

Perfect location in Sioux Falls from downtown, Augustana, and other parts of town. Was visiting Sioux Falls to catch up with friends and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

Fun accommodations close to everything. WiFi didn’t work which was the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Not really a problem until we wanted to watch a movie and couldn’t air play to the TV. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in this property was wonderful! Very nice and scenic location in quite neighbourhood but very close to downtown and good restaurants.The house was lovely furnished and decorated. Kitchen well equipped - anything a traveler might need for comfortable stay was there, two kinds of coffee, tea, spices, pots, pans, utensils.Beds very comfortable, linen and towels of good quality.Lovelu colors of the interior - subtle enough but joyful and energizing.My husband and I loved this place!

Sioux Falls Gem

Oh my goodness, this property was wonderful…clean, neat, quiet neighborhood, beautiful furnishings. The property manager was very diligent and responded right away. Highly recommended!

Cute, intimate place, close to main attractions and quiet location

Sara had this place decorated so dang cute. The HUGE window in the main living room was sooo fun to look out while cuddled up by the roaring fire place. We had a minor mishap with the coffee appliance and Sara was kind enough to refund us for our coffee that day - so appreciated. The only thing that should be on the listing is that it's a shared driveway / shared laundry area with an in-law suite attached to the house. We were fine with it - but didn't see it in the listing and I know others may not love the idea. This place was close to the Mall area, downtown and Denny Sanford / Great Shots (SF's Top Golf). We will be checking on this place again if we're in town!! Thank you, Sara!

Nice little house in a beautiful, quiet and tree’d neighborhood. Host was super-responsive. As another review mentioned, an attached apt is occupied by a tenant and the washer-dryer is shared. We never encountered them, no noise, no concerns. But just FYI

Nestled in a charming neighborhood, perfect for walks, beautiful homes with manicured lawns. This house is beautiful, and within easy access to everywhere you want to be. Sioux Falls has some of the best off leash dog parks with trails.
