This property is a duplex, and this listing is exclusively for Unit B. The front unit (Unit A) is completely separate and not included in this booking. Both units are fully private and share only the driveway and walkway. The backyard is reserved exclusively for Unit B guests.



Guests enjoy full, private access to Unit B, along with exclusive use of the fully fenced backyard and all its amenities.



Free Parking: Two driveway parking spots are available in front of the building. Please park on the left side from the street; the other unit uses the two spots on the right.

Downtown Largo and Clearwater is nearby with parks, events, and a relaxed local feel, and you won’t have to go far for good coffee, great food, and everyday conveniences. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood where guests can settle in and feel comfortable.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy and convenient from this location. Most local favorites - coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and everyday essentials, are just a short drive away, and the Pinellas Trail nearby makes walking or biking a great option. Beaches in Belleair, Indian Rocks, and Clearwater are only minutes by car, and rideshares like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area. With central access to downtown Largo and main roads, guests can explore the coast, nearby towns, and local spots without hassle.

Pets are welcome! Please be sure to include them in your booking. A standard pet fee may apply.



Bikes: Bikes are available for guest use at your own discretion. For your safety, we strongly recommend wearing a helmet.



Pool: Children must be supervised at all times. For everyone’s safety, glass is not permitted in or around the pool area.



Quiet hours: 10pm–8am out of respect for neighbors.

Stays over 30 days require an executed rental agreement.



Air Conditioning: Please note that air conditioning systems in Florida can be challenged by extreme heat and humidity, especially during the hottest parts of the day. To help ensure reliable operation and prevent issues such as evaporator coil freeze-up, our thermostats are programmed with minimum temperature settings. For example, on very hot days, the thermostat may not allow settings below 69°F.

- The only way to guarantee early check-in is by booking the night prior to your arrival. If availability allows, we’re happy to check for early access within 24 hours of check-in. Please note that early check-in may not be possible if we have same-day departures or scheduled maintenance.

- To allow our team time to prepare the home for incoming guests, late checkout isn’t available. If you have a later flight or departure, booking an additional night allows you to enjoy the space at your own pace.
