The house was perfect for the 4 adults staying in the house. It is in a nice neighborhood and easy to get anywhere in Flagstaff from the location. The deck was a plus to sit outside and enjoy the area of trees from the campground above it. The house is nicely furnished with anything you need. We also appreciated the quick response from James when we had an issue with the TV. Thanks.

It is a nice home, good setting, quiet neighborhood, near places to go BUT the bedrooms had carpeted areas and all had urine spots heavy and they smelled bad. There was so much urine spots in our bedroom you couldn’t walk around them. Also no shower soap in the bath areas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were clean, the check-in was effortless, and the location was convenient to local Flagstaff activities. We were pleasantly surprised to see the "forest" behind the space; it gave us a bit of privacy as we relaxed with family members on the deck, and took our dog for early morning walks. It was a wonderful stay for our first time in Flagstaff!

Host was great and the place was clean. Unfortunately the air hockey table no longer worked and the foosball table has been beat up pretty good. The forest behind the house was papered with no trespassing signs so we didn’t even take our dogs for a walk.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was pet friendly (although unfenced) it had a baby gate to lock the dogs on the back porch with us which was excellent. The view into the woods was wonderful and my children had an excellent time wandering around and exploring. We drove to the grand canyon and to one of the neighboring state parks as well and had an excellent time! I also must comment that this kitchen was one of the best equipped kitchens I have experienced in a short term rental house. Really enjoyed this trip wish we could have stayed longer!

Adult family visit to Flagstaff. Everything about the house as described. Beautiful and spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Wifi, TV, all worked as expected. Peaceful setting, quiet heightsrhood situated right in the pine trees. Guest access to Forest appreciated and enjoyed. Loved that we could prepare meals and enjoy together at the large dining table. Everything was very clean. You do need a car to go any where. Not far from dining and grocery shopping. Downtown Flagstaff a short drive. We enjoyed ou visit very much. Thank you!

Nice 3-day stay to get away

Met family in Flagstaff for a nice break from separate COVID isolation. Property has a great location and really met our needs. Everyone really enjoyed the stay.

GREAT PLACE FOR 3 COUPLES

Having a peaceful forest view from the back deck was fantastic, but also having a bathroom for each couple was the frosting on the cake. It was the perfect place for 2-day mini family reunion.
