ABOUT YOUR OCEANFRONT CONDO:
Step inside and feel instantly at home in this bright, welcoming condo, perfect for up to six guests. The open living area features a comfortable sleeper sofa and leads directly to your private, oceanfront balcony. Here, you can savor your morning coffee while watching a breathtaking sunrise over the Atlantic or enjoy views of the resort pools below.

The private bedroom offers two cozy Queen beds, ensuring a restful night`s sleep after a day of sun and sand. For your convenience, a dedicated workspace is also available if you need to catch up on emails. Unwind in the evening with a selection of books and games, or play your favorite tunes on the sound system.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, countertop oven, toaster, and both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, giving you everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The full bathroom features a tub and shower combination, and we provide a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion for your arrival.

YOUR ACCESS
Your stay includes seamless self check-in with a secure keypad. You will have private access to the entire condo, plus all the fantastic amenities Beach Cove Resort has to offer, including:

Self Check-In/Out:
- Enjoy the convenience of self check-in and check-out with a key code provided hours before arrival. (bypass the front desk)

Located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, our condo is just moments away from the area`s top attractions, shopping, and dining. Whether you`re looking for family fun, a romantic dinner, or great shopping, you`ll find it all just a short drive away.

GETTING AROUND
Complimentary on-site parking is available for your convenience in the resort`s parking deck, which is monitored by 24/7 security. Please be aware of the following vehicle height restrictions:
- Regular Parking Clearance: 6 feet 6 inches
- Lower Level Garage Clearance: 7 feet 6 inches
- Oversized vehicles may find parking to the left of the resort entrance.

House Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules:
- This is a strictly smoke-free condo. A $200 cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking.
- Pets are not permitted in the condo or at the resort.
- Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during nighttime hours.

Important Information
Check-In/Out:
- Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Damage Waiver:
- A non-refundable $35 damage protection fee is required within one hour of booking. * This covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and removes the need for a security deposit.

Resort Wristbands:
- You will be provided with resort wristbands, which are required for access to the pools and other amenities. Please wear them at all times on the property.

Restricted Amenities:
- Please note that access to the Fitness Center, Arcade, and on-site Dining Areas is reserved for property owners only.

Beach Rentals:
- Beach umbrellas and chairs can be rented seasonally through the on-duty lifeguards.

Housekeeping:
- The condo is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee during extended stays.
