The property was very clean and check-in was very easy. Our family loved the warm feel and secluded nature of the property and we were still just minutes from Dollywood and all the activities the area offers. This was a great place to retreat and relax after a busy day having fun in the area, highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Lightning Bug Vista! The location is stunning and made for such a relaxing getaway. The game room was a huge hit with our kids and kept them entertained the whole trip. There are tons of fun amenities that make this place perfect for families. The hosts were super responsive throughout our stay, and checkout was quick and easy. We loved every minute here and would happily book again!

This cabin was beyond outstanding. Our family loved our time there—it was the best outfitted rental I’ve ever had, and the setting was so beautiful, we could have spent all of our time in the balcony! We cannot wait to go back!

The Cabin was wonderful, It was very clean upon check-in and came equipped with all Dishes,Cups,Toaster and coffee maker. The Host was always in contact with us checking in on how our stay was going and they are local just in case we needed anything. We had our dog with us and he enjoyed his stay as well, He loved the balcony and the steps that lead to the fire pit along with the nature walk at Gatlinburg National park

Beautiful stay on the mountain side. Very spacious for my family. Great to relax and close to everything. Would definitely recommend. Make sure your vehicle can go up hills as the place is oat the end of the road up the kill. Road can definitely use some mirrors on the turns. But nothing that cant be handled driving slowly. Everything was very clean and having the 2 different areas helped with kids and adults.

Nice cozy spot that comfortably accommodated my family of 6 with no issues. The amenities inside were extremely nice and clean. The game room was a plus for my kiddos. The location was fairly secluded but also very close to anything you would want to do in pigeon forge.Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

The pictures that are on the listing is exactly as everything is when you check in. The cabin is clean and well taken care of! Our kids absolutely loved the cabin!! They had the best time in the game room and around the fire pit roasting marshmallows. Check in and out was so simple. The drive up the mountain definitely had us clenching our seats! But will be booking this cabin again! We absolutely loved it! Waking up in the morning going out on the porch drinking coffee was so peaceful and relaxing! This cabin is worth every dime spent. The host was fantastic and willing to help with anything needed!

Easy check in and out. Completely stocked kitchen. We cooked our thanksgiving meal here with our adult children and had everything we needed. Loved the 2 seperate living areas. Location close enough to enjoy the activities of the area but far enough to still have the peace and quiet of the mountains. Host very friendly and responsive.

The cabin was clean, well stocked and just met every need my family had. The drive up to the cabin is a small challenge so be ready for that. But why else did you come to the mountains for? Haha! Host was very kind to speak to and even let us know early that the cabin was ready to check in. Would definitely stay there again

We had a great time at the house. Check-in and Check-out was flawless. The house was very clean and well stocked. Our daughter loved the arcade cakes and the board games that came with the house. Very close to everything in downtown Pigeon Forge. Most locations are 6-7 minutes. Super dog friendly and we saw multiple deer here during our stay. If you have kids I recommend putting a gate up at the stairs to go to the game room, it’s very close to the main doorway and we had one close call with our daughter because she was not paying attention

Host were nice! house was nice and all pictures were real! only couple negatives! The driveway is hard to back out of for a full size pickup if there is another vehicle in driveway! living room is small and the couch and beds sit low to the ground and make it a little difficult to get up and down if your in your 60s! Need steps to get to fire pit outside as it’s steep drop! Kids loved the game room and bunkbeds! overall It was what i was looking for and id stay again!

This property is well maintained. The owners reached out directly with a minor family emergency that changed our plans drastically for the week. There was not much they could offer with the change so soon before our stay, but Marie did offer a couple options to weigh which was greatly appreciated. We experienced a minor oversight with missing garbage bags, but we used our Walmart bags to bag our trash for the week it worked well in a pinch. The driveway is very steep and narrow. Thankfully my husband navigated it like a pro. We drive a Honda Odyssey, and it handled the terrain well. We did not experience inclement weather which would most likely require 4-wheel drive

Overall, this was a great cabin to stay at with kiddos. It was clean, the check in/out process was stress free, and you only have to take the garbage out and put dishes in dishwasher at end of stay (which is way less than most VRBOs require). We got to see a bear walk through the backyard one evening while in the hot tub. That was AWESOME and a highlight of the trip. A few things to note for those considering staying here (not to discourage, but to be more transparent):- The door for the bunk room does not close. If light bothers those sleeping in there, maybe bring a sheet along to hang in the door way. - The pinball machine didn't work, and I notified the owners. I hope those staying here (or anywhere for that matter) notify hosts when something doesn't work, so future guests don't have to deal with any let downs. My kids were bummed about this.- The hot tub fits 4.- The kitchen is well stocked!- The mattresses are more firm.- The road to the cabin is steep, but you'll survive - It's a very convenient location.- The Smoky Mountain Alpine Coasters at the bottom of the mountain are THE BEST! - This cabin is called Lightning Bug Vista; very appropriate considering the yard is lit up with lightning bugs every night. That was cool to witness. *Something outside of our hosts control is the cabin across the road is being renovated. This didn't make sitting outside during morning/daytime very enjoyable with the noise. I'd imagine the work will be done soon though.
