Thank you so much, this genuinely made our day to read! We're so glad Nacoochee was the right fit for your Helen weekend. That easy access into town is one of our favorite things about the location. Close enough to walk to the river and grab a bite, but still tucked away enough to feel like you actually got away. We put a lot of care into keeping the space clean and welcoming, so it means a lot that it showed. Hope Helen treated you well, and we'd love to have you back sometime -- maybe next time for a little longer!

The condo was absolutely wonderful! We truly enjoyed the quiet, private space tucked away along the beautiful wooded area. When the rain kept us indoors, the cozy fireplace made our time inside feel extra comfortable and relaxing. We had a great visit overall and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only minor thing that kept our experience from being a perfect 10 out of 10 was some noticeable noise from the upstairs neighbor around midnight. While we know this is completely outside of the condo host's control, it did catch our attention a few times. Even with that, it’s a lovely property and we had a very sweet getaway!

A rainy weekend with the fireplace going is a pretty good way to spend a stay, so I’m glad it made the indoor time feel cozy. Thank you for the thoughtful note about the midnight noise, and for being so understanding. It’s good to know how the quiet carries at night. Happy the wooded setting gave you such a sweet getaway. You’re welcome back anytime.

I would have loved to give you five stars across the board. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the bathtub. It appears that the drain was clogged with a significant amount of hair, causing the water to drain much more slowly than it was coming out of the shower. As a result, the water would accumulate around your feet while showering, meaning you are essentially standing in dirty, stagnant water. It was quite unpleasant and honestly a little disgusting.Aside from this issue, everything else was great. I hope the drain can be addressed for future guests, as this would have otherwise been a five-star experience.

The location was very nice with view of mountains since it was winter. Fireplace was a hit with a good gas flame that was warming. The set up is basic but comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Good communication with host and clear info on check-in at gate. Note once you have the gate code you can use the back entrance with it and makes it easier to get to Anna Ruby Falls and other north of Helen without going thru town. Town was very crowded between Christmas and New Year. Would definitely stay again.

Although sleek, clean, and simply furnished, it was all we needed for a 3-night stay. The ease of checking in and out was a plus! At other condos, we're accustomed to stripping beds, starting a load of linens, starting the dishwasher, taking out the trash, and more. This was a breath of fresh air. The gas fireplace was a nice addition to the ambiance. We would like to suggest an extra blanket or two, and a bath mat be provided for future guests. And, don't forget to check batteries in remotes and lightbulbs! We did replace a battery in the remote for the living room TV.Thank you for your hospitality.
