We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants and to enjoy sitting out on the deck overlooking the Chattahoochee River. Communication with our host was excellent.

We stayed here over Labor Day Weekend and it was exactly as described. A perfect location for walking around Helen and not having to get a car out. The bed was comfortable and the property was very clean.

Great location and walkable to the whole town. Enjoyed the deck for coffee in the morning. Did get some outside noise during the night (not the host fault) but just put some white noise on my phone and wasn't an issue. Condo was perfect for a quick getaway.

This property is absolutely beautiful with a great location steps from Festhalle and town. Great set up and extremely clean. Everything you needed was available. Beautiful deck on the river. Enjoyed watching the fishermen and tubers. Definitely recommend!

Location, location!! We swam right behind the condo in the river. This beautiful condo has everything you could possibly need for a great relaxing vacation. Close to everything but far enough to be away from the noise and crowds. Beds were dreamy and my husband and I loved the double recliners! Every amenity is here and the covered parking in this extreme heat was a plus. Condo A/C was excellent.

Nice, cozy, and very clean rental. Bed sleeps amazingly. Close to everything with a river view. Our second time renting of this home and will continue to book every year.

Being right on the river was fun because you got to watch the tubers going down the river. The unit was great and the tub is great for a bubble bath. The bed is soft so if you are used to a medium or harder mattress you are going to be disappointed. Overall it was a great stay.

This home was just as pictured. Super clean and nice amenities. Back porch facing the river was amazing and you can easily walk to all the attractions and restaurants. Also a big plus the king size bed was so comfortable! You will not be disappointed in this rental.

Felt right at home. Easy to walk around town. Not a lot of people while we were there, so it was very peaceful. Covered back deck is a plus.
