Recently purchased, this well maintained condo has incredible Chattahoochee River views from the spacious top floor covered porch and only a short walk to the heart of downtown, this is an ideal Helen getaway. The king size bedroom has a see-though gas-log fireplace, flat screen TV and door that leads out to the large fully- furnished outdoor covered deck. Large bathroom includes a jetted tub, a separate shower and a linen closet for extra storage. Being a top floor unit awards the best views of the river and also assures a very quiet stay. This spacious 980 square feet condo is tastefully decorated with comfortable leather couch and loveseat, Flat screen TV, Gas Fireplace (winter months) all new artwork and accessories. The well equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a pub style table and chairs. Washer and dryer also in the unit.

Perfect Location!!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! Everything is within walking distance. The view of the river on the deck was very peaceful. Hope to be back when the weather warms up! Great owners and responsive to every question! Highly recommend!

Excellent Stay

Condo was so clean. Had everything we needed. It was a cold weekend and enjoyed the fireplace in the den and the bedroom. Everything was a walking distance. Busy Christmas shoppers and enjoyed the lights. Will come back and stay at this condo again.

Beautiful home and prefect location

We stayed during the weekend of the lighting of the village. It was a beautiful home and was in the perfect location to be able to walk in and out of town throughout the day. Communication was super clear and home was everything it says it is. Very clean and cozy!

Wonder stay

The owners answered my questions prompley and communication was excellent. The place was clean and quiet. We go to helen every year for Ocktoberfest and this is a great location to the festhalle and all other shops and restaurants in town. We will be back.

Great spot on the river

This was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The covered porch overlooking the river provided both peace and quiet, and (during the day) the sight of hundreds of tubers floating down the river. The location was close enough to town, but not too close to be noisy. The condo was in very nice shape, and very spacious.

First time in Helen, GA

We had a wonderful long weekend in Helen, GA. This condo was right on the banks of the river. We enjoyed watching the people going down the river in their tubes. The location of the condo was great. We walked to everything in town and didn't have to hassle with or pay for parking.

I love my Weekend

Great place, great location

We had a great time time in Helen, and this spot was the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. It's walking distance to really anywhere you might go in Helen. Easy parking if you need to take the car out. Clean unit, comfortable furniture, space to stretch. 10/10 would recommend, we'd definitely stay here again.

Exceptional Location, Superb Accommodations

This property is situated within walking distance of the town from one end to the other. The town is only 1.0 miles wide, so we left the car in the convenient parking space and walked everywhere. It turned out that the time between Christmas and New Years is nuts in Helen, so pack your patience for the crowds. We highly recommend this condo. Hosts were extremely responsive to our every request for information. The unit was very clean, modern and had everything one might need!

Perfect Stay

This condo is in a great location. You get the peace and tranquility of the river in back and the beautiful lights of Helen and the Georgia Mountain Coaster out front. It was very clean and spacious. It’s within walking distance of almost everything. The owners were easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions for entering and exiting the condo. As a frequent visitor to Helen, I highly recommend this property.

Must book! Fabulous home!

Absolutely gorgeous condo in perfect location. Close to Nature with river in backyard and close to action where Helen is walkable. So very close to Festival Hall- just two buildings away. Super comfy king bed! Super comfy reclining sofa. Fireplace in living room and bedroom. Beautifully decorated! We loved it!

Best location in Helen.

Walking distance to dining, market, coffee, festhalle 3 buildings down, watch tubers float down the river from your private deck. King bed comfort perfect for a couple. Two-sided fireplace for chilly evenings. Check-in and parking instructions clear. Good communication with owner.

Excellent Place for Celebrating Anniversary

We have a 4 year old son who loves the candy shops on Main Street and an anxious grandpa who is looking forward to teaching him to trout fish behind our unit. We love quiet getaways to Helen and times when we meet up with family and friends. There's always something fun to do.

Helen offers beauty and activities year-round; Winter Christmas décor and shopping, Spring flowers and strolls around local parks, Summer balloon festival and water fun, and Fall is all things Octoberfest.

Inside is modern and comfortable featuring a well- equipped kitchen, king size bed, bathroom with large separate shower and soaking tub, leather sofa and love seat, and a gas fireplace to add ambiance from the bedroom and living room during winter time only.
