Recently purchased, this well maintained condo has incredible Chattahoochee River views from the spacious top floor covered porch and only a short walk to the heart of downtown, this is an ideal Helen getaway. The king size bedroom has a see-though gas-log fireplace, flat screen TV and door that leads out to the large fully- furnished outdoor covered deck. Large bathroom includes a jetted tub, a separate shower and a linen closet for extra storage. Being a top floor unit awards the best views of the river and also assures a very quiet stay. This spacious 980 square feet condo is tastefully decorated with comfortable leather couch and loveseat, Flat screen TV, Gas Fireplace (winter months) all new artwork and accessories. The well equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a pub style table and chairs. Washer and dryer also in the unit.

Great Stay !!

Would definitely stay here again. Property was beautiful, location was amazing, communication with the property manager was great. They updated us on the elevator repair, and the pictures and directions for getting to and getting in the property was extremely detailed. We were able to walk to everything and just enjoy Helen.

The location is second to none for getting around Helen. Covered parking, clean property, amazing amenities, furnished and decorated with the best, and a comfortable stay.

This was our third time staying at this condo, and it’s become one of our favorite spots. Being right on the river is hard to beat, and that covered back deck is probably our favorite place to hang out. Perfect for sipping coffee in the mornings or relaxing in the evenings while listening to the water. The condo is always spotless, and the furnishings—especially the bed—are super comfortable. We’ve never been disappointed staying here, and we'll definitely be coming back.

Great stay!!

This property was in the BEST location! It was walking distance to everything, and I loved being on the river. We enjoyed sitting in the grass and on the patio and watching the tubers. The bed was super comfy, and we loved the jet bath tub. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, and the AC worked great. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, and they even let us check in early. The check in/out process was very easy. Our only complaint was the elevator was broken so we had to haul all of our stuff up 3 flights of stairs with a baby otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would most definitely book here again!

Great Location

Great location, easy walk to main street. Nice view from the balcony. Very clean. Shower caddy would help to somewhere to put things. Otherwise it was wonderful.

Perfect Location!!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! Everything is within walking distance. The view of the river on the deck was very peaceful. Hope to be back when the weather warms up! Great owners and responsive to every question! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home and prefect location

We stayed during the weekend of the lighting of the village. It was a beautiful home and was in the perfect location to be able to walk in and out of town throughout the day. Communication was super clear and home was everything it says it is. Very clean and cozy!

Wonder stay

The owners answered my questions prompley and communication was excellent. The place was clean and quiet. We go to helen every year for Ocktoberfest and this is a great location to the festhalle and all other shops and restaurants in town. We will be back.

Excellent Stay

Condo was so clean. Had everything we needed. It was a cold weekend and enjoyed the fireplace in the den and the bedroom. Everything was a walking distance. Busy Christmas shoppers and enjoyed the lights. Will come back and stay at this condo again.

Great spot on the river

This was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The covered porch overlooking the river provided both peace and quiet, and (during the day) the sight of hundreds of tubers floating down the river. The location was close enough to town, but not too close to be noisy. The condo was in very nice shape, and very spacious.

Great place, great location

We had a great time time in Helen, and this spot was the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. It's walking distance to really anywhere you might go in Helen. Easy parking if you need to take the car out. Clean unit, comfortable furniture, space to stretch. 10/10 would recommend, we'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a couple...

Comfortable bed and soft breathable sheets, up to date, and gorgeously decorated! Loved looking out at Helen from the front, and the shady patio in the back, looking out over the rushing river. We will stay here again, been coming to Helen for many years and it is the best by far!

First time in Helen, GA

We had a wonderful long weekend in Helen, GA. This condo was right on the banks of the river. We enjoyed watching the people going down the river in their tubes. The location of the condo was great. We walked to everything in town and didn't have to hassle with or pay for parking.

We have a 4 year old son who loves the candy shops on Main Street and an anxious grandpa who is looking forward to teaching him to trout fish behind our unit. We love quiet getaways to Helen and times when we meet up with family and friends. There's always something fun to do.

Inside is modern and comfortable featuring a well- equipped kitchen, king size bed, bathroom with large separate shower and soaking tub, leather sofa and love seat, and a gas fireplace to add ambiance from the bedroom and living room during winter time only.
