Short stay due to Corona Virus

We had rented this property to go to Cardinal spring Training. Training games were cancelled due to the outbreak of the virus . We decided to go ahead and come down because it’s Florida and there are other things to do. We had booked the property for six days but one day into our stay the virus severity became much worse in our home state of Illinois and we decided it would be wise to return home. We were told we would receive a credit for the remainder of our stay (5 days ) but to date have not received any formal confirmation of that. The property was nice and clean, comfortable and conveniently located.

Great location and outdoor area

Nice house with a wonderful fenced in area, great for small children. Short walk to two playgrounds and manatee lagoon. Easy drive to get to peanut island and several great beaches. House was clean and comfortable. Jerome was very responsive and great to work with!

Wonderful place to stay

Great house and guest cottage. Perfect for two couples. Not too far from Fitteam Ballpark, a short Uber drive away, saw four spring training games. Jerome very responsive to any questions.

Lovely garden

The garden and patio area is absolutely lovely. We ended up spending every evening outside. It is very private and comfortable.

In town to watch college baseball

Home is on the older side with many updates and was very nice. Very clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. Jerome was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would stay here again and would recommend it.

Very Comfortable Home, Owner Very Responsive

My two buddies and I recently stayed here for five nights while on a "guys week out" to attend some of the Houston Astros spring training games along with playing golf. The house was very comfortable. The house includes a guest house that has its own bedroom, restroom, T.V. etc. Overall we enjoyed BBQing and sitting on the patio in the evenings. The house is in a safe neighborhood. Overall the house clean and reflects the photos you see on the website. Overall I would not hesitate to come back to this location next year.

nice

the house was close to the things that we wanted to do (spring training) and other things. The property was nice and had a great outside sitting area. Property was easily accessible.

Older home but clean with lots of room

Couple mechanical problems but the owner showed up immediately to take care of them. Close to Jupiter and the ball park,golf courses and airport. We will definitely look at staying here again next year!

Very nice place, Jerome the owner is very accommodating. The only improvement I would like to see is TV's added to the bedrooms, I/we will definitely stay again

Great Place Great Owner

We went down to the west palm beach area for work. Jerome was a very good owner and was available if we ever needed him. Would stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

We enjoyed our stay especially the outside area

The house accommodates 6 adults comfortably. An additional half bedroom has a single bed with a mattress underneath which worked for an additional college student and baby in a crib provided by the owner. The guest suite is a converted garage which was large enough for 2 people. The property was a short drive from nice beaches, shops and restaurants so conveniently located. We enjoyed the outside attractive porch with a sitting area, large dining table with chairs and barbeque pit. Very pleasant to sit outside and a highlight of our stay.
