This house is AMAZING. I have stayed in many mountain homes across the county, and none have the expansive views this one does. Very large home with beautiful furniture and decorations.

4th of July fireworks were incredible. Sunrises and sunsets could not have been more beautiful This house offers views that are incomparable. That’s said..we weren’t prepared for how steep the climb and descent up Burkemont Mt actually is…and then the driveway! I would recommend other guests make sure they have their car breaks checked out good. House was clean, beds were comfortable. Only minor complaint would be better bed sheets, a toaster, and a replacement remote for the bedroom tv. Wish the master had a tv as well. Owners were very prompt an attentive to our only problem. Would stay again and recommend to others.

The home is beautiful. However the home does not sleep 8; only 6. I was a little surprised at some of the amenities the home did not have such as an iron for example and few other things that made the stay a little annoying. The views are beautiful. Checking in was easy. The owner communicated with me promptly when I had a concern and they always tried to remedy the situation. They were very nice. All that being said I would definitely stay here again but I'd just be aware of the bedrooms and how many they sleep.

We are going to bring a fouton to bring into the basement to better sleep 2 extra people! We will also buy an iron for the cabin so that we can better accommodate you in the future! We hope to be able to host you guys again and so glad you had a good stay overall!
