Beautiful Lakefront home for you and your family to enjoy. New Construction in pristine condition.
Take the paved winding path down to the double dock for some fun in the sun or relax with your favorite book on the screened porch overlooking the pine woods. Spacious accommodations - upstairs and downstairs living area with a bonus bunkie room to accommodate the littles. Gourmet, well-appointed kitchen for the chef in the family.
A Paddle-board, a Canoe and Two Kayaks provided, though you will need to bring your own life jackets.
Community pool and additional lake access included in rental.

Pack those fishing poles! Bass bite year-round.

We arrived to find the perfect spot for our girls weekend. The house is beautiful and well appointed. There was even a slushie machine! The outdoor areas were really comfy and we enjoyed the screened in area. This is a great spot for families with children over 8. They're are lots of games including rock band and a stand up deer hunter. The dock was great. There were kayaks and a paddle board. The only downside was the path to the lake. It was very steep. I can't wait to visit again!

Such a wonderful stay. Home is fully stocked with essentials and so warm and welcoming. Veiw was amazing once mastering the walk down to the lake. We wanted a place to relax and thats exactly what we were able to do. Our kids (3,6,11,15) were content with all the things and didnt want to leave.

The house was clean and well furnished. The walk to the dock is STEEP. We managed well with four adults and four teens but cannot imagine having small children or older adults.

Beautiful property!

Loved our stay! The house is beautiful and clean and was a great place for us to stay! The path to the lake was very steep in a couple of places but the dock area was awesome! We enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards and just hanging out in the quiet cove.

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time! The property was gorgeous and the house was well stocked. The dock was great and perfect for the boat we rented while there. We could have definitely spent a few more days there.

This property was absolutely amazing. Everything was as expected and our family had a wonderful weekend. The only inconvenience was the the steep walk to the lake. It was extremely difficult to climb back up, but we made it!

The address is hard to spot and gps took us past the home upon arrival, but we knew by the picture on vrbo. The home is beautiful with lots of room for everyone and there were plenty of bathrooms. MB is upstairs and others are downstairs, which is huge. Path to the stairs that lead to the dock is steep in two places, and has 64 stair steps before reaching the dock. Some of our party managed the trek multiple times a day without issues-6 yr old, 20-30yrs, and 64 yr old. A hand or a rope rail would be nice on the steep areas. We walked to the pool and back as well. Outside downstairs has plenty of seating with a lovely daybed and two fire pits. It rained three days which was the perfect time to relax on that gorgeous porch. Our day trip included Little Switzerland for lunch then a stop by Tom Creek Falls on the way back. We rented a boat for a day at Lake James Boat rentals. The lake is the main character and did not disappoint. It was beautiful and everyone in our party had a great time.

Lovely retreat

We had a great stay at this home-you will feel like you’re in an oasis sitting on the screened in porch. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The house is spotless and the hosts have been so thoughtful with making sure the home feels just like what it is- a true home away from home. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and hope to be back in the near future!

Nice Getaway

Really enjoyed our stay for a couple of days. I do want to reiterate that the walk to the dock is very steep with lots of stairs but beautiful once you get down there. We tried to minimize our trips down there to once down and once back up. Host very responsive and very nice house.

Lake James Waterfront Home

It as a long walk to the boat dock but well worth it. 2 SUPs with adjustable paddles, 2 kayaks with paddles, 1 3-person canoe were all on the dock for our use. House was spacious.
