We traveled here for the World Cup and it was a great place to stay. Very close to the train, in a great neighborhood, and appeared as advertised. Our host was very accommodating. I would give it the highest recommendation.

We loved our stay in the Sun House! We had everything we needed for a fantastic Spring Break getaway in Atlanta—close proximity and access to all parts of the city, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated, and in an adorable and safe neighborhood. We will absolutely rebook when we come back to ATL!

This house was perfect for our family trip to Atlanta. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was safe. Very close to downtown without the "city" feeling. We would stay here again and highly recommend!!

Nice cozy house in great location. Any store you may need is a short drive or moderate walk away. Would definitely stay again. Host answered questions and requests quickly.

We stayed at the Sun House following a surgery and this vrbo was perfect for my recovery time. The beds are so comfortable with great pillows. We appreciated the abundance of pillows and multiple sets of towels. The kitchen has everything you needed with extras incase. The home was cozy and in a great neighborhood. Couch and TV were perfect for movie nights. The house is close to dinner spots you can walk to! The hosts were very responsive and helpful, the remote batteries died during our stay and they were over in 20 minutes with new ones! They were super great and we plan on staying here again when we are back!!

A true GEM!

This home was comfortable, stylish and fantastic in every way. The location was great. The host was great! The house is stocked well with kitchen supplies. The beds were comfy. I 100% will stay here again! Highly recommend!

Wonderful location in Atlanta!! We were in town for a wedding and having such a central and accessible home was ideal. The house is clean and well organized. Parking off street was convenient and safe. Peter was above and beyond for communication! Highly recommend the Sunhouse!

Very comfortable home in a great location

Place was just as described and shown in the pictures. The layout was perfect for us and having the fenced backyard made it easy to let the dog out for a quick run. The location is very convenient and the neighborhood is fun to explore. The host, Pete, was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this home and we will definitely return the next time we're in Atlanta.

The home was very welcoming to my family. We had a great time. The Kitchen was great. We enjoyed preparing meals. It was set up so all we needed to bring was food to enjoy a good breakfast before heading out. The home provided ample space for everyone, and the location made it easy to access the attractions we had planned to enjoy. Parks nearby were perfect for the dogs' enjoyment as well. We will book this home again in the future.

Fabulous Location

We were there to attend a music fest at Pullman Yard, we parked our car and didn't get back into it until it was time to go home. Home is beautifully decorated, was able to cook breakfast every morning with all the kitchen equipment. The backyard is very relaxing and perfect to let our dogs stretch their legs. We will definitely be back when in Atlanta.

This house was perfect for our family of four! The location is great for going into the city, talking a walk through the neighborhood, going out to eat, or running to pick up groceries to eat in for the night. Great communication with the host. Thank you!

Cute and convenient

We stayed here during the Christmas holidays to be near my son who lives in the next neighborhood over. The kitchen was well equipped for holiday baking, and there was enough room for the whole family together for dinner on a couple of nights. Pete, the owner is very responsive.

Wife’s birthday in Atlanta

Wanted to visit Atlanta for a few days to celebrate my Wife’s birthday. This house truly made our trip that much more pleasant! The house was very cozy and had many amenities, even wireless phone chargers provided on the night stands..great attention to detail for the needs of a traveler. Peter was extremely accommodating and responsive as a host. We often use VRBO and this property by far was one of the cleanest we have stayed in! Look forward to coming back in the future! Suggest this property to anyone interested in staying in the Atlanta area!

This place turned out to be perfect for our needs—-family of four (mom, dad, and two daughters in their 20s). Quaint but spacious enough to move around and enjoy the kitchen and family. The sleeper in the third room was easy to manage. Getting through the threshold to park was tight (barely made it through with a minivan but it got easier to negotiate. The location is perfect! Centrally located to get so many places within a 10-15 minute drive (walkable, too!)—Emory, Decatur, Inman Park, Virginia Highlands. And we got to the airport in about 30 min upon leaving (very easy and reasonable checkout instructions). We would absolutely stay there again!

Atlanta House

The house was so clean, updated and comfortable. Loved the two king beds. Wished the third bedroom had a queen bed instead of a convertible couch but the couch looked new and was comfortable. Also liked that we could park in the backyard instead of on the street. You do have to have a small vehicle to park in the backyard. The host was friendly and always responded quickly to my questions. Close to all Atlanta activities that we wanted to see.

Super cute, clean, comfortable, with up to date snd stylish furnishings. Off-street parking was so handy! Safe and walkable family-friendly neighborhood and easy access to top restaurants and amenities. Convenient for Emory families in town with a straight shot to campus. Would definitely stay again!
