Great stay in Atlanta

I booked this location for a family trip to watch NFL football game and have a weekend of family activities. This was a great location, great property, and was everything that we could have asked for.

The townhouse was in a great location for our activities during our trip. It was comfortable and clean. The walls and cabinets show wear from the renters, but that is to be expected. Host was very responsive and we had no issues. I would recommend this townhouse to anyone staying in the area.

The house was spotless, comfortable, and amenities were awesome- super cool vibe with tons of room! Parking can be a little bit of an issue as the garage is extremely tight for two vehicles (had to climb out the car window) and street parking is less than desirable (and was a bit of a walk).

Thanks for the feedback Solange. I did want to be clear about the fact that the garage does fit 2 medium sized vehicles as promised in our description. In fact we also made it clear that you can also fit one more car just outside the garage - that's 3 cars. This is a townhome in the middle of downtown Atlanta, next to all the amenities you can think of: the airport is 15 minutes, the CocaCola tour is a few mins out, etc etc. You can't have that and also expect unlimited parking. In this case the guest brought several very large SUVs and tried to fit them all in the garage. This is not realistic unfortuantely.

Needs work

It was confusing to have the secondary silverX company interface. It was quite challenging to find check in instructions or even the address of the place. Communicating with the host was difficult and frustrating. The house was clean. There were no extra linens or blankets.

We actually have a clear guidebook that makes our arrival instructions very, very clear. In this scenario there seems to have been a problem is that the URLs and email addresses in all the instructions were stripped out by Vrbo. I've worked with the Vrbo team to clear this up now so that it doesn't happen again. As for extra towels and blankets, we have some in the wardrobe in each room and will work to make that more clear
