Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Be aware there is only parking for one vehicle so either parking on the street or paid lots will be needed for other vehicles.

I was visiting Baltimore for the weekend with a friend. The apartment was clean and well maintained, and within convenient walking distance of both Inner Harbor and Camden Yards. The included off-street parking space was very helpful, as I did not have to worry about where to keep my car for the weekend. Would recommend!

The space was clean but very spare and cheap (e.g., only two forks). Supplies limited compared to other Vrbo and Airbnb spaces (e.g., no laundry detergent, no toaster, etc.). Tenants should know that the neighborhood is very sketchy. Otherwise, it has most of the basic needs, however limited.

So convenient to have the benefit of off street parking. The apartment was very comfortable for my group of 2 couples. We explored the inner harbor and attended 2 games at orioles park. Convenient location. You do need to take caution if walking in the evening/nighttime. As recommended on this site - it would be better to uber. But we had no issues during the day, and actually asked AI to map a safe walking route for us. Locals we met in a restaurant also recommended we uber. The surroundings were a little noisy at night but we have slept in hotels that were worse!! The building was quiet on the weekend we there- it was more traffic, the rail, sirens. We would return as communication was very good and the place was clean, though sparse.

This apartment was everything we were looking for. Spacious, clean and minutes away from the attractions. I had an amazing stay. Definitely worth staying in the future again.

Excellent communication, convenient location, clean apartment and even had a blow-up mattress for an additional guest. Had everything we needed for a great weekend in Baltimore!

Location was ideal for us. We attended a concert at CFG Bank Arena and it was within walking distance. The host was responsive and the property was good. Only a few minor things (tv needs a thorough wipe down) and not too many towels but overall a great stay and we'd book again. :)

This was the perfect apartment for a weekend girls trip to Baltimore during CIAA weekend. The 2 bedrooms were both surprisingly spacious. The apartment has 2 full baths, which was great, considering there were three of us staying there for the weekend.Since parking is included with the apartment, I was able to park the car and we Ubered throughout the city. Most of the events and restaurants were about 10 minutes away by Uber. I would definitely book this VRBO again.

This apartment is located in a very noisy and unappealing neighborhood. While the building is seemingly secure, there are visible signs of vagrants outside the property (trash, an abandoned couch, homeless people sleeping on the front steps). There are several boarded up buildings on the surrounding block. The location is extremely noisy with the light rail half a block away that runs from 4:30am until 12:45am, and it’s on a busy street. It was advertised as being walking distance to the stadium and conference center but the most direct walking route is at least 20 minutes and takes you through an open-air drug market. I felt unsafe walking through there during the day and would definitely not want to be there at night. The apartment itself is fine, but sparse. There were no washcloths in the bathrooms, no bowls in the kitchen. The sheets were thin and worn, although they seemed clean. The blinds on the windows did not block the light so we were woken up very early by the sun and the noise. Overall the apartment was very basic but the location was both inconvenient and not somewhere I would want to stay again.

I should have heeded the other low reviews--the address is not the same one as in the property details. We thought the address was 6 minutes away from the CFG Bank arena. That is why we did not worry about the sketchy walk back to the property after the concert. The listing states W. Baltimore Street and pings it near the Arena. It is actually 5 blocks away on W. Franklin Street. Those 5 blocks are full of shady characters.The owner's communication was good and the 2 bathrooms were convenient. Parking was a bonus so we did not have to park at the arena.

Location: The actual location is several blocks away from the location marked on the map in the VRBO app, farther from the Baltimore Convention Center. The 15-20 minute was walkable (in good weather) however the environment on the sidewalks was not safe (crumbling sidewalks, drug use, unhoused people sleeping). Noise: The light rail and street traffic are very loud. There was very loud outdoor music across the street until late at night on both Friday and Saturday nights.Safety: There was evidence of unsheltered people sleeping at the front door on two consecutive nights. The sidewalk is crumbling and presents a serious trip/fall hazard.General: No ice trays in the freezer. Only two forks in the silverware drawer. I asked the host specifically if there was a Keurig and I came prepared with K cups. When I arrived, there was a small drip coffee pot, not a Keurig. When I asked about it, I was told it was “not the brand that I had asked about”. Broken window blinds. Roach/palmetto bug in the 2nd bedroom. (I stepped on it)
