Great location in a safe, quiet neighborhood. We were out and about most of the time but when we came back to the townhome we were comfortable. We parked the car and easily traveled the city by Uber and Lime scooters. Great stay and great city.

The location was perfect and you can’t beat the value. This worked out way better than a tiny hotel room for a fraction of the price. Highly recommend if you’re trying to stay a quick walk to everything South Baltimore has to offer!

Easy check in and check out. Very close to awesome restaurants, attractions, and harbor was right down the hill. Carl was able to accommodate a bit of an early check in due to the Orioles game being rescheduled.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carl's place and would stay there again. The place was clean, had everything we needed and is in a great location. Parking was easier than I thought it would be and I loved that we could bring our dog with us. Also, Carl was very responsive to any questions that I had which was very helpful.

Great place to stay for a Ravens/Orioles games. The area is super friendly and has a lot of restaurants and bars.Not the best place to stay if you’re looking to hang out at, but for sleeping and all that, it’s perfect.

Location was great, within a 15-20 minute walking distance to the Inner Harbor/Aquarium, as well as lots of restaurants. The house looked exactly like the pictures, and was very clean. It could use some hooks on entry wall for hanging coats, and hooks in the bathroom for wet towels, but otherwise it was fine. Parking can be a bit tricky, especially with a large SUV, but luckily my friend is a pro-parallel parker so it all worked out. Owner was very responsive to any questions.
