Retro Beach Casita is a newly remodeled, bright, unique and unforgettable studio that was formerly known as the “butlers quarters” over a hundred years ago to the 23rd US President’s son. It was moved in the 40’s to the southern corner of the property and a kitchen, bathroom and a closet were added.
Perfectly located just 2mi (5min) from the Santa Clause beach, 2.6 (9min) from State Beach and a quick hop on the S hwy101 to the Rincon beach a world class, famous surfing break in Carpinteria. We are just one mile from the Santa Barbara Polo Club, 2.5 miles from downtown Carpinteria, 11 miles from Santa Barbara, 20 miles from the Santa Barbara Airport and 86 miles from Los Angeles.
Inside, with all the bells and whistles, its open floor plan is minimal and functional leaving plenty of room to put together a puzzle or do yoga. Board games, puzzles, Barbies, toys, Legos and cards are stocked in the cupboard. The coffee table lifts into a desk with use of an office chair for remote school or work.
