We had a great stay for a family of four. It had a really nice little outdoor space and walking to town was so easy. Loved our stay.

Everything was clean, quiet & comfortable. The home was pet-friendly, complete with a fully fenced outside area for our 2 small pups. The location was perfect; we were able to explore shops, restaurants & the beach on foot without having to drive. Communicating with our host was easy & pleasant; they were very helpful & kind. We would definitely stay here again!

They were very accommodating and helpful while we were evacuated from our home. Check in was smooth, the place is very clean with comfortable beds, and ideal for kids and pets, which was a lifesaver! A quiet retreat!

Very accommodating hosts! The apartment was spacious, newly updated, very clean and convenient to the Santa Barbara area. We had a fabulous time and I highly recommend staying here!

Family reunion

We stayed here for a family reunion in Carp. It was a great place. Very clean and quiet place to escape from the family reunion craziness. Great place to stay and easy to get to.

Nice & clean, everything looks updated. They have made the place very user friendly, good location for getting to the beach and restaurants. We are planning on coming back and would definitely stay here again.

We travel to Carp yearly and love this rental. It had everything and more! The beach umbrella was a life saver with 3 & 5 yr olds. Great property, parking, etc. Will be back next year!

Nice, clean apartment in a great location! For us and our small kids, it was about a 4 minute walk to the main strip with tons of food options and cute shops. The public beach is quiet, clean, and safe, and was about a 15 minute walk from the apartment. We came for a long weekend to attend an event in Santa Barbara and we are so happy we decided to stay in this adorable beach town!

Exactly what we needed

Thank you for letting us stay at your home away from home. It literally had everything we needed and was a very short walk from coffee shops, restaurants, and retail shops. Very clean, tidy, and was perfect for our stay.

The house was clean and our host was very courteous. There is a brita pitcher their so you can bring your refillable water bottle. They have plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. One person in our party ended up getting there a day early. Our hostess was very understanding and was able to accommodate an additional night stay for us. Definitely recommend them!
