Escape to this beautiful 4BR/3BA waterfront home, tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac with direct canal access. Designed for both relaxation and convenience, the home offers a spacious open layout, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all the comforts you need for a stress-free stay.
Step outside and enjoy your own private slice of paradise. The screened-in lanai features a heated pool, lounge seating, and a gas grill for outdoor dining—perfect for morning swims, lazy afternoons, or evening BBQs under the Florida sky.
Inside, the home is thoughtfully furnished with modern amenities and plenty of space to spread out. The living area includes smart TVs for streaming, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and appliances to make mealtimes simple. An in-unit washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.
Sleeping arrangements are ideal for families or groups: the primary suite features a king bed and private bath, Bedrooms 2 and 3 each include a queen bed, and Bedroom 4 offers two twin beds. With three full bathrooms and generous living space, everyone has room to relax.
Guests will enjoy full access to the home, pool, lanai, and dock, creating the perfect base for exploring Punta Gorda’s charming downtown, Fishermen’s Village, waterfront parks, and nearby beaches.
Occupancy Limits
Only the registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. The maximum occupancy limit must be adhered to as stated in the rental agreement.
Minimum Age
The primary renter (guest booking the property) must be at least 18 years old. Some properties may require a higher minimum age (e.g., 25).

Check-out Time: 11:00 am
Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Noise and Quiet Hours
Guests must keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 p.m., to avoid disturbing neighbors. No loud parties or gatherings are allowed.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and Vaping are prohibited inside the property, lanai and garage. Dispose of cigarette butts responsibly in designated receptacles. Minimum charges of $400 apply to smoking or vaping inside a non-smoking residence.
Pool and Hot Tub Use
Properties with pool and or hot tub use at your own risk. No diving, running, or horseplay. Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool or hot tub. No glass containers in the pool area.
Parking
Guests must park only in designated parking areas. No parking on lawns, sidewalks, or in spaces not assigned to the property. Any unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense.
Cleaning and Trash
Guests are responsible for keeping the property tidy during their stay. Trash must be disposed of in the appropriate bins on the property. Follow local recycling guidelines. Guests should remove all personal items and dispose of trash before check-out.
Appliance Use
Appliances and electronics must be used in accordance with the property’s instructions. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse. Turn off all appliances when not in use, including the air conditioning, lights, and kitchen appliances.
Maintenance and Repairs
Guests must promptly report any damages, malfunctions, or maintenance issues to the property manager. Guests may be charged for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Behavior
Guests must behave respectfully and avoid disruptive or illegal activities. No illegal substances or activities are permitted on the property.
